This was an excellent location! We were in the heart of split and in walking distance to everything! Even with it being lively at night, the apartment was very quiet and comfortable.

Beautifully appointed room. Excellent central location but still very quiet. Room is fairly small but you don’t want to spend much time there since the old town is so wonderful to walk around in. Easy check in and out. Very responsive host who gave lots of recommendations for places to eat and visit

Great stay!

The location was fantastic, the staff were excellent, the room was large, well designed with great mattresses, Sheets and pillows. It’s a perfect spot to be centrally located in the city. They also have parking spots available request.

Fabulous Location

Superb apartment in the heart of the old town, close to the seafront and Diocletian Palace. Lots of shops, bars, restaurants in close proximity. Comfortable and compact apartment - well equipped with what you might need for a short city break. It’s top floor, with no lift so be prepared to lug your bags up the stairs!

Looks like it is a renovated apartment in a great location. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The lighting in the apartment is very modern. The bathroom is very nice , particularly the waterfall shower. The apartment was clean. There are enough cups, plates, and kitchen utensils. Demi reached us by WhatsApp while we were in our way to Split. He was at the apartment when we arrived. He was gracious enough to carry our two carry-on suitcases to our apartment on stairs. You have to climb fifty stairs. He was very polite. However, we found that the cooking range did not work. However, our host Deni made it up by providing a free breakfast at one of the nearby hotels. Also, Inleft my phone in the apartment after check out. But when called Ivica, he was fortunately close by and immediately came and opened the apartment for us. It was so convenient. Thanks Ivica.

Host never responded to messages after check in. Did not offer change for paying local tax with a larger bill and we never heard from him for the rest of our stay. We had no idea where to leave the key upon departure. Pretty so so experience, good location.

Nice place but be patient with hosts

The place has a great location. 10 mins walk from the catamaran port and 10 mins walk to the bus station to go to the airport. It is very modern and clean. In the middle of the old town. There were multiple contact information on the messages we had received before arriving and when texting some of them never responded. 1 finally did right before our arrival and was very helpful. Host took a few hours to respond to messages during our stay so hopefully you don’t have any urgent matter.

Location was great room was good not luxury in our opinion. Glass shower door was falling off the rails. Shower was very small. However it was in a perfect location for walking around Split. Lots of dining choices. If you are driving do your research on parking as there is none available at the hotel. Had to pay for parking a 10 minute walk away. Not a huge deal as the room is located right in the old town so we understand that there is no onsite parking. Parking can be expensive but the staff recommended a parking area 1.50 euros/hr. Reasonable for the area.

Amazing Apartment - Amazing Location

We were met by extremely friendly and helpful Toma who gave us a tour of the apartment and lots of information, website links and ideas of things to do in Split. We had a top floor apartment which consists of 1 bedroom and open plan living room and kitchen / dining area, and of course, a bathroom. So plenty of room for a couple. Our apartment was super quiet, we could not hear anything from other apartments or outside street noise. The apartment was very clean, beautifully decorated, both bedroom and open plan areas had an air con (must have when it's 30+C outside) and the kitchen is well equipped in case you're planning for a longer stay. The location is amazing; pretty much everything in the old historical centre of Split is up to 5 mins walk, including a seafront (or Riva) with plenty of restaurants and artisan stalls. The ferry terminals to nearby islands as well as coach station and railway station are up to 10 mins walk away. In summary, an amazing apartment in an amazing location.

Happy to recommend…

Perfectly located, would be hard to find a more ideal location, close to the main promenade and the water, as well as a leisurely 10 minute waterfront stroll or so from the main bus station where the Airport Shuttle bus arrives. Room has modern amenities, including a hand steamer for ironing as well as Netflix (and other streamers) available on the TV, (sign into your own account and remember to sign out before you leave!). The room was compact, clean and renovated, perfect for me travelling solo. Staff were extremely friendly and also went out of their way to help me with an issue I had, making sure I received a package being sent to me. Bathroom is clean, modern and has good water pressure and plumbing. Bed was fine and comfortable. I was in Split when the temperature was hot and the air conditioner has the ability to turn the room into an ice box if desired — I could walk around in a fur coat like Zsa Zsa Gabor (if need be) whilst it was 34 degrees Celsius outside. Would recommend this place to anyone. Other than the disabled or those elderly with very heavy bags as you have to climb two flights of internal stairs to reach the room. You ARE met by a host who lets you in and can potentially help with luggage. I stayed 3 nights and the room was not serviced, you’re on your own as no staff on site, I had no worries with that. They are contactable by WhatsApp for any issues.

Excellent location. Right where all the action is… close to restaurants, shopping, sights. Unit is in a historic building, but totally updated. Very clean. Has all the amenities. Host very responsive. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Split

I am so glad we stayed here! It was affordable, clean, comfortable, and great location. The pictures were a little confusing as far as layout but it was actually all on one level once you got inside - the stairs shown are more for decoration and go nowhere, which was totally fine as it was still more spacious than expected and perfect for a couple to stay in. There is no front desk, it operates more like an Air BnB, but the host communicated well and was available via WhatsApp. The kitchenette was great to have, and there was a kettle with tea and instant coffee provided.
