The property was big and close to the Dells but when I checked in it cost over $200 different from the quoted price after I paid a deposit. Then in order to get my parking pass I was basically assaulted into a 2 hours sales percent which we said no from the second we walked in to the second we left and they were rude after we said no. There were stray cats everywhere, the beds had dirt and crumbs in them, including the pull out couch, we didn’t have enough blankets, the shower wasn’t clean and it was so small you couldn’t stand in it. The pool was over crowded, the walkway to the outdoor hot tub was flooded the whole time and the hot tub never had less than 60 people in it. Mostly kids under 6 who were doing cannon balls. The floors were disgusting and never cleaned the whole time we were there. Honestly for the price it wasn’t worth it and they asked us for hours to pay $900 a month for the next ten years at a 20% interest rate for “ownership”- skip it and stay at the mt Olympus or great wolf or Kalahari

The microwave had cheese and chocolate inside, the knife in butcher block had cheese on it. We then washed all dishes It was okay, not spotless. The assigned "cottage" did not match the picture on Expedia. The resort daily fee was high considering there wasn't really anything gained from paying it. The $40 for 2 hours snow tubing was high considering the long lines. Concierge was very responsive though.

Overall clean, but bathroom was very bad. First of all, extra towels were put next to the toilet plunger underneath the sink. Inner shower curtain is visibly moldy outside. Bath tub hasn’t had any floor mat and the surface is EXTREMELY slippery. The rest of our unit was okay, just like any other time we have visited the CMV.

The supervisor at the desk was rude in her tone when we checked in and the kitchen only had one small 8 inch fry pan and no baking sheet at all. Not well equipped for anyone who would want to even fix a snack.

Nice Property, but since we were not members we felt like unwelcomed guests. Sheets were stained. They brought us a new set, and credited applied a credit. Pool area was nice and room was nice, bed was comfortable. The kitchen had glasses, plates, silverware.
