The hotel was nice and in a location close to the train station, which was convenient. I feel the staff misled me regarding the breakfast. Apparently, it was not included in my room rate but at check in I was led to believe that it was. The breakfast room was so incredibly hot. It was impossible to eat in there anyway. I don’t know why they didn’t put up a few curtains to keep the sun out. There were two mediocre fans, but I couldn’t stay there any longer than to just go my coffee and a croissant.

Clean, modern, comfortable

Lovely modern hotel very close to the railway station in a quiet street. Very clean, great shower. Great breakfast with plenty of variety - worth paying for. Arcachon is an up market beach resort with interesting shops and good restaurants, and its only a few minutes walk into town and beach from the hotel.

Lovely stay in Arcachon

We had a super stay at the Victoria Boutique in Arcachon. The hotel is spotless and the staff are very friendly and so helpful. (Thanks Laura) Amenities are excellent and the rooms are very nicely decorated, showers were really good/powerful and large. One thing to be aware of is the the toilet door is a sliding door and could offer more privacy. Our stay was excellent and I would highly recommend this hotel if visiting Arcachon.

Cool design, compact rooms

Positives - Well located in town near the train station and city centre - The room is quite compact but tastefully decorated. The chic interior design has modern open storage solutions (hanging rails and open shelves). - USB A and USB C outlets under the lights next to the bed (on both sides) - Tall mirror next to the window - Bathroom has a rain shower and a handheld shower unit - Bathroom is beautifully decorated (tile colour and design is stunning) - Two bathrobes, bath sheets and hand towels are provided - Toiletries in refillable bottles are provided (hand and body wash, hand and body lotion and a hair and body wash). No body lotion or hair conditioner. - Refillable water bottles, coffee machine and a fridge are available. The water (sparkling or still) is refilled from the taps on the fourth floor. Negatives - The toilet is separate and has a glass coated door. Anyone sharing the room can hear and see you (as the door doesn’t fully close) - The shower door is made from clear glass and visible from the bed and there is no privacy. - There is no shelf in the shower so you have to bend down to pick up your toiletries from the floor - A handheld hairdryer can be plugged into any outlet but you have to keep pressing the switch to activate. This is not great for people with RSI and can be tiring. - The room lighting is either too dark (soft bedside lights) or too bright (main switch)

The room was really small for being called De luxe. The free space to pass the bed was only abt. 30 cm. No warderobe and only limited space to keep things neatly. Toilet door was a sliding door and unconvenient for the other person in the room. Same sand, hair and litter on the floor all the week. Sorry for negative assessment.

La chambre (Esprit) mise sur l'originalité, avec une sympathique baignoire au milieu de la chambre, mais manque de fonctionnalité et d'intimité visuelle et sonore à cause de la porte vitrée coulissante des WC. L'offre spéciale Hotels.com devait inclure un "accueil VIP" et 2 boissons offertes. Promesses non tenues, avec un accueil express et à peine le minimum d'explications. Le petit déjeuner est excessivement cher pour un buffet manquant de choix (nombreux produits non réapprovisionnés) et un rooftop sans intérêt.

Chambre propre jusqu’à 3 jours puis absence de nettoyage du sol et de la vasque. Seulement 3 capsules de café au lieu de 4 en fin de séjour. On n’a pas compris ! Literie bof avec planche en bois et matelas dont on sentait les ressorts ! Personnel agréable mais lorsqu’un soin est programmé, la personne n’insiste pas, alors que nous sommes au SPA, pour nous informés que la masseuse nous attend. Dans le bain nous n’avions pas d’heure et nous n’entendions pas. Du coup soin bâclé car la masseuse avait d’autres rendez-vous après nous. A 180€ le massage pour deux c’est franchement décevant. A 800€ pour 5jours c’est passable…
