Did not get the room we paid for and poor service.
Only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 star is because the front desk people were kind abd friendly. However our room was wrong and we had to switch (we paid for a river view) as we found out the room did not have a river front. So we switched rooms to a “less nice” river front room that had no jaccuzzi. We had no towels to dry off (our room only had 2 towels total) and we had our room service tag on our door since Sunday night. So Monday no service at all and Tuesday the same. There body wash container was empty and there was no soap at all. I paid in full and expect to get what I pay for and have atleast decent room service. Certainly can’t recommend this place to anyone I care about.

Anniversary trip
Bad news, reservation thru Hotels.com was not delivered to hotel property . Hotel did an excellent job of verifying info.However we were given a smoking room instead of original room. Also, poor marks for housekeeping while bell hop and valet sevice was excellent.
