Our stay was a series of frustrations from start to finish. Despite booking a month in advance and arriving 20 minutes after check-in time, our room was not ready. After an 8-hour drive with a child and a dog, we were forced to wait an additional 30 minutes in the lobby while the staff had to "find us a room."

Poor Check-in: Unacceptable wait time and lack of preparation, especially for a pre-booked room.
Misleading "Pet-Friendly" Policy: The hotel is pet-friendly in name only. There is no convenient or designated green space nearby for pets to relieve themselves.
Cramped & Cluttered Room: The room was small, and the limited counter space on the vanity and nightstands was cluttered with unnecessary items.
Extreme Late-Night Noise: We were subjected to loud jackhammering from road construction directly outside our window at 10:30 PM, making sleep impossible.
Exorbitant Fees: Be prepared for a $70/night valet fee on top of a $30 "amenities fee," which felt completely unjustified given the poor experience.
Overall, we felt exhausted, overcharged, and completely let down. We would not recommend this hotel.
