We stayed in a studio with a microwave, plates and cutlery and a sofa. It’s spacious and well-kept. The bed is comfortable. The central location makes it easy walking everywhere (including the ferry port and the bus depot). The staff (Eva, Elena, Maria) are friendly and helpful.

Venligt og imødekommende personale, god service med morgenmad som roomservice. Dejlig lejlighed med rar atmosfære. God stor seng, rigtig fin barneseng og højstol. Overordnet set et godt ophold, men der er alligevel nogle ting, der kunne forbedres. Dette er beskrevet nedenfor: Aircondition virkede ikke tilstrækkeligt, kunne kun varme, selv om vi havde brug for, at den kølede. Havde stor betydning for vores ophold. Chromecast i fjernsynet i stuen tillod jævnligt andre i ejendommen at koble sig på vores fjernsyn, hvilket afbrød det, vi var i gang med at se. Frustrerende. Pletter på de “rene” håndklæder gentagende gange. Sofa i dårlig kvalitet, hvilket betød dårlig siddekomfort.

At check in, Eva was superb. She was easy to talk to, not only because of her excellent English but her easy manner. She took us to our room to show us around as well. The room was very good. One set of curtains did not open well and part of the glass staircase was very weal. The sofa was not very comfortable. The room service breakfast was not worth the money. Only these few things kept me from awarding an excellent rating.

The hotel is located in a quiet street very close to the city center with many bars, cafes and shops around. There is no breakfast but many options nearby. The hotel has 2 parking spots (costing 18 euros per day) which was important for us.

Loved everything about this hotel. I go to this town pretty often and know many hotels in the area. This one is now my number one in Santa Cruz. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. It is an old building that has been refurbished to a high standard. Yes, you can hear some noise from other guests but that's normal in old Spanish building and it didn't really bothered me as I think guests at the time managed to keep noise to the minimum. No sound from the streets tho, and the hotel is located in a quiet area but still close to everything. Also, the girls at reception were lovely and accommodating. I arrived too early for check-in and they looked after my luggage and took it to the room when it was ready, while I went to explore all the shops. 10/10, thank you very much for the awesome hospitality.

市内中心地や大型スーパーから近くて便利。また部屋も広くきれいで、赤ちゃん連れだったが快適なステイだった。シャワーの水圧も良好。ベビーベッドやハイチェアも貸してもらえた。またサンタ・クルス行く機会があれば利用したい。

Visitied over the 3 kings days. Excellent room, bed comfy. Enjoyed having fridge microwave and facilities to cook/eat comfortablely.. unfortunately we booked this as it said rooms were soundproof. I.e quiet. We understood there would be noise over the festivities but just didn't expect to hear so much of it when away from the main area and with windows/curtains shut. The noise of the hallway also echoes through the room. This is the only thing that let the hotel down. Maybe soundproof means something else.. but we struggled with the noise even thought we were on a high floor
