Really enjoyed my stay at Akeah Hotel Gran Via. The central location made it so easy to explore Madrid, and the relaxed vibe gave it a welcoming feel. Vi hade en riktigt bra vistelse på Akeah. Personal var supertrevliga och hjälpsamma, läget är perfekt med gångavstånd till allt man vill utforska. Sängar och kuddar var också väldigt bra och frukosten var perfekt! Det enda jag hade önskat var ett lite större rum men det var absolut inget som drog ner på upplevelsen och rummen var rena och fina. Vi kommer definitivt boka detta hotel när vi är i Madrid nästa gång.

Super hotel, très bien placé, très propre et calme. Les chambres sont petites mais très bien agencées et équipées. La piscine sur le rooftop est un plus, le personnel très souriant. Je recommande pour un voyage solo ou a deux !

Perfekt för mig som reste själv. Rummet hade varit alldeles för litet för 2 personer tycker jag. Perfekt läge i staden! Gångavstånd till det mesta. Tunnelbanestation fanns bara över gatan från hotellet. Poolen på taket var mysig, tyvärr lite för varmt väder när jag var där för att jag skulle kunna njuta fullt ut.

What a disaster

Rooms are pathetic . So small, hardly any space around beds, had to stack suitcases in front of door at night in order to reach the bathroom and shower hardly any packing space for clothes. Breakfast terrible , hardly any options and same every single. Will not recommend this hotel to anybody

Book this hotel ASAP! Best decision ever!

This hotel is the best kept secret in the city. You can feel the vibe and energy that makes Madrid a great city to visit and explore. This hotel owns a small pool at the top of the building that offers unique views to the city. The room is small but you don’t need more space since you will be out most of the day, enjoying all the options you can find having this hotel as your main point.

Dette er et fint hotell med bra lokasjon. Enkelt å ta seg til meg metro fra flyplassen. Vi hadde ikke vann på rommet da vi sjekket inn, men det ble ordnet raskt. Rommet tyder på noe slitasje og litt vannskade mellom dusj og baderom. God frokostbuffet! Vi fikk inntrykk av at dette var et hotell for bare voksne, men så flere barn.

Fine hotel, but nothing special given the very high price. The location is terrific, very central and easy to get around. The rooms are extremely small. Status benefits through Expedia weren’t honoured. Asked for both the room upgrade and late check out and was told no. Was disappointing.

Espacios muy pequeños

Hotel remodelado , limpio pero con un espacio extremadamente reducido; no caben 2 maletas en el lugar para ponerlas. La indicación dice con piscina , pero es pequeñísima para la cantidad de gente q había y además en el atardecer hubo una fiesta privada en ella por lo tanto no la pudimos ocupar. Es un hotel pensado para jóvenes

Hotel staff quite rude. Overpriced. AC didn't work the first night there, no acknowledgement by the staff. Very small room. Breakfast was good but otherwise definitely not worth the stay.

We had a completely fine stay, but I don’t think this hotel merits the high scores it has on the Hotels.com app. While the breakfast and common spaces were nice overall, we were appalled by how illogical the room design was. Why does the shower exit out into the main bedroom? And why are the bathroom walls glass? Every time my partner would get up in the night to use the bathroom the whole room was blasted with bright light. And when you shower there’s no way not to track water into the bedroom area. This is a problem because the rooms are so incredibly small. I ignored this aspect of other reviews but it actually made our 3-night stay really uncomfortable. I was also really disappointed to see that the bed dressings had been greatly simplified; we only had two pillows and a simple duvet—not the nice pillows and blankets pictures. It was clean and conveniently located and the common areas were nice, but I can’t help but think there’s better value for your money in Madrid.
