Nice room, clean, and a very comfortable bed. Slept great then had a great breakfast, not typical “hotel breakfast”. We really enjoyed our two days there. Great hikes and beautiful scenery with restful comfortable nights. Perfect!

this was the first time i was texted instructions and a door code to just pull up and go on in. the problem was that the code was not sent and i head to call the inn. and tho the explanation was simple enough it could have been more thorough on where the light on the keypad was, because it gets very dark there. also there should be an instruction on how to make sure your door is locked. we didn't even realize our for was unlocked for half the night. other than the confusing check in everything else was amazing. the coffee in the room was real ground beans and the free breakfast at the cafe was amazing!

Really nice hotel room. Contactless check-in made, check-in fast and easy! Bed was firm but comfortable. Room was modern and updated. They have a game room which has two tvs and a some "PlayStation." Ice machine wasn't plugged in. Apparently the hotel is under new management so they're figuring things out. All communication was done thru text, which they responded quickly. They had a fire pit. Property was quiet. Breakfast was delicious and fresh- either a breakfast wrap or eggs, toast and potatoes.

Our room was clean and quiet and check in was done remotely. There was not breakfast at this hotel, so I'm not sure why the survey asked this question. It was an easy place to stop while traveling from Capitol Reef to Bryce. Just bring food with you, there was nothing to eat open this time of year!

The listing describes an attached restaurant where you can get breakfast and other meals. That restaurant is closed and there are few places in that town to eat. Those places are packed and have slow service. This town is far from somewhere else to eat. We left after one night and told the manager. Couldn't get a refund from Expedia. The place is clean but old and minimally furnished.

The place is rather dumpy. While it was as clean as I guess they could make it, our room shows no sign of being updated in a long time. There was no closet, just hooks on the wall. No clock, not even on the microwave. The sink was so small, there was no place to put anything. Loud AC/Heat, a flashing green light that blinked all day, and which I imagine was for the wifi. It is so basic, there was not even a picture on the wall. It may be worth noting we were put in the building nearest the street. There is a second building that looked like maybe it had seen more care.

Room was clean and did the job. They did have a nice TV with a lot of channels. Didn't spend much time in the room but it met our needs. Good water pressure and hot water in the shower. No complaints! It is an old Motel. So the floors are slightly uneven but the carpet was newer.

No one is on site. The restaurant was closed in the morning at evening, so not great. It was clean, but obviously remodeled on a tight budget. But not a lot of great options in Escalante, so this one is pretty good by comparison. It is convenient to come and go with a code without any other check in.
