Some hotels promise luxury. Others deliver warmth. Rarely do you find one that does both with such quiet brilliance as Salt of Palmar.
From the moment you step through its colorful, contemporary facade, you’re not just a guest — you’re part of something special and intentional. The staff, from gardeners to guest relations, extend a level of service that is as rare as it is heartfelt. It doesn’t feel like hospitality. It feels like coming home.
The food is a standout — fresh, vibrant, and elegantly plated, where even the simplest dishes surprise with gastronomic depth. The pool area is serene and stylish, on of the best beaches on the island is just steps away, and the entire property immaculate in both design and upkeep.
But what truly elevates Salt is its soul. In over 500 hotels I’ve visited, few have struck this balance of beauty, authenticity, and care. We were so psyched for this place that we cancelled another booking mid-trip just to return.
