I'm coming from US and it's been a very long trip. I've specifically chosen this hotel because of the system I'm working is a 1 min walking distance from the hotel.
I was greeted by front desk friendly and he also helped me keep my reservation even i made a mistake at dates while booking. Housekeeper was also helpful and he mentioned that he is available all night if i needed anything. As a service it's been superb..
However, the room was extremely small that it consist only bed and surrounded with amenities. It is hard to move around...
I also specifically asked a bureau, a desk and a good wifi however i just realized that my message didn't go thru from hotels.com to the property... I guess the connection between hotels.com and property is not established well. So this room is definitely not what i was expecting.
Also window has no view, it's blocked with a wall and it's an interior cabin obviously. Bathroom shower is weak, toilet seat is wobbly, bedding is hard.. Although the room is very clean and nice, service personnel is doing their best the rooms needed a little update
