Koselig hotell og strand, noe nedlagt turistnæring

Hotellet er et eldre, men koselig hotell. Servicen er i middels. Området rundt hotellet er ikke som på bildene. Dette er et område som har forfalt og delvis stengt ned. Men her er fortsatt flotte restauranter og sjøen er klar med en flott strand. Men bildene lyver, det er ikke tiolgjengelig paralsoller og solsenger og de aller fleste stedene ved stranden er nedlagt

Das Hotel selber war zentral, nebenan ein Supermarkt, Lage gut. Die Zimmer selber eher in die Jahre gekommen, kein Kühlschrank, aber Klimaanlage und Balkon..

Excelente hotel na região de Lapad

Excelente hotel para férias. Adorei o hotel, quarto bom, atendimento excelente. As funcionárias da limpeza eram bem atenciosas. Café da manhã bom. Tem estacionamento pago por diária (15 euros/dia) que fica em frente ao hotel. Adorei a experiência. Tem ônibus e um mini mercado bem próximo ao hotel, Excelente opção para explorar Dubrovnik. Só uma coisa que eu senti falta, foi o frigobar que não tinha no quarto. Tem uma praia muito boa em frente ao hotel. Eu amei a região de Lapad.

Location is the best

The thing we appreciated the most about this hotel is the location. Very close to the beach and swimming area and close to plenty of restaurants and shops. Pretty close to the Lapad harbor as well where a lot of boat adventure departures from. The beach is free for all-concept. No annoying salesman that is forcing you to rent the chairs. No one selling watches or bracelets in the beach. It felt very welcoming and genuine. The rooms are well maintained but they are outdated. The bed was the biggest complaint from us. Not comfortable at all. Also no refrigerator in a country like Croatia is weird to me. For restaurants I’d like to recommend Vito Napoletana for pizza, Fingerlickers for fried seafood, and if you’re in Old town you should look up Food Bar Guloso that makes really good burgers.

Ficamos fora do hotel, e não me senti tão segura, porque qualquer pessoa pode entrar a qualquer hora, e não tem vista alguma, o que não me foi avisado antes. Quarto confortável mas o banheiro molha muito com o banho. Longe do centro mas o ônibus fica na frente e custa 2,50. Fácil acesso a cidade antiga. Tem uma ótima praia na frente e próximo de vários restaurantes legais.

Decent, comfortable hotel

This was a solid choice for our 1-week stay in Dubrovnik, at a relatively reasonable price considering Dubrovnik price levels. The room was comfortable and we had a nice view of the sea from the balcony - although we could only enjoy it in the mornings and at night, since our balcony was directly above the swimming pool which made it rather awkward. The cleanliness level was ok, but there were quite a few spots and corners which had accumulated dust or even cobwebs... The room would have definitely used a thorough deep clean. The breakfast buffet was good and quite diverse - we really enjoyed it except for the fact that they only had instant coffee, which should be a crime :)) Another thing to know is that they don't have a mini fridge in the room (not mini bar, just a fridge to keep your beverages cold) - this was one of the most annoying aspects of our stay here, since we constantly had to drink warm water and soda while we were staying in the room. There's a beach really close and gorgeous views of the coast. In order to get to the old Town, you can either walk (approx 50 min walk, very little shade so take care if it's hot and sunny) or take the bus (the bus station is just around the corner din the hotel).

Séjour de 5jours en croatie L’accueil de l’hôtel était assez correcte. Les chambres sont assez vieilles, moquette par terre, la décoration un peu vintage Il y avait des taches sur la moquette et l’armoire ( j’espère de vin ) En bref ne passez pas votre soirée dans la chambre, venez y juste pour dormir et ça suffira.

Loin des remparts

L'hôtel est situé à plusieurs km des remparts ce qui au final oblige à prendre le bus, voiture ou le taxi pour s'y rendre. Nous étions dans l'annexe, pas d'ascenseur pour accéder aux chambres. Chambre nickel, la paroi de douche un peu petite donc on met de l'eau partout même en faisant attention. Literie Ok. Petite déjeuner sucré salé , très bien. Piscine de petite taille mais très sympa. En revanche le dîner proposé en buffet à 23€20/pers est cher pour ce que l'on mange.

The property had a lot of charm and was of a good scale - not too big but not too small. The seaview room was great with plenty of space to relax on the balcony. Breakfast buffet had everything we needed. The immediate area was quiet so no problems with noise at all. It was also near enough to a street containing a good selection of restaurants and bars. The bus stop to the Pile Gate is literally just around the corner, so very easy access to the Old Town. The bathroom was extremely small, so bear this in mind if you need the space. Otherwise, a good value, well situated hotel.

Rooms are in need of renovation, shower sounds seep through from other rooms. Only one socket in whole room. Airconditioning is useless and loud. Beds and sheets are decent. Staff is nice and rooms were pretty clean.

Needs updates. Fine to lay your head

Pros: the staff was very friendly, the views and the pool were very nice, room size good, location close to beach and restaurants Cons: extremely old hotel, had a weird smell, numerous electrical outlets did not work, the hairdryer was terrible, no smart tv and only one English Channel. So although the staff was pleasant and it was clean. A fine place for someone to rest their head but needs significant upgrades. I highly recommend replacing the tvs with smart tvs and the hairdryers with more powerful ones and adding nicer balcony furniture. Overall, I would not stay here again.
