Lovely stay, I’m just not sure I would stay again due to how big and easy to get lost it is, and far away from reception, but that’s just me, everything else fab! Staff do help with dropping you to the door with bags too and all staff were friendly and helpful, I loved the aqua Zumba too, the room wasn’t really set up in a practical way but easy enough to move the beds together and for a side table, nice balcony lovely view and the beach near by is so nice!! You can either enjoy a nice stroll along the tracks or take the free train. Thanks so much!

Very easy walk and open train to the beach on Ilha de Tavira. Room was nice and lots of villas to choose from when booking. We drove into the old town of Tavira which was very charming. The pool closes ontime and the area is very quiet in the evenings.

We stayed near end of season, atmosphere in the resort was rather tranquil, which we liked. Apartments and public areas are a little worn, but spacey and well-equipped. We even got an upgrade to a suite with a third bedroom (which we did not need as a family of 3, but overall we enjoyed the extra space). For wifi in the room we needed to rent a router, but the price of 1 Euro per day is moderate and quality was perfect. Access to the (public) beach is by a 1500m walk, but there is a small train which can be used free of charge by hotel guests.

The property is very beautiful, however we had a lot of issues with the stove in our suite. It wasn’t working properly, and two people had to come in at different times to help us fix it, which took about 1-2 hours. Then when it was “fixed”, it still didn’t work properly, and would randomly shut off and we had to keep flipping the breakers on and off for the suite. This made our cooking experience very frustrating. There was also loud construction that started in the suite next to us around 9:00 in the morning. However the staff were very friendly and nice, and the surrounding area is beautiful.

We have been passing the property for many years on our way to the lovely Barril beach nearby and it was convenient to stay one night this year. Staff were friendly, the price was right and we were not disappointed. Dinner was excellent and also well-priced in a cosy part of the bigger restaurant. The small supermarket on-site had good fresh food and the room well-equipped with kitchenette and bathroom. We would stay again !

Senhoras da limpeza muito atenciosas e prestáveis deixando o quarto imaculado todos os dias. A habitação e o aldeamento em si deixou uma sensação de ser parco para o valor pago. Alloggio in appartamento "superior", in una delle 2 camere da letto non c'è A/C, per cui bisogna lasciare la porta aperta e approfittare dell'apparecchio montato sopra la porta di entrata (????). Tutta la struttura è molto datata, l'appartamento è abbastanza comodo per una famiglia di 4. La cucina molto limitata però con lavastoviglie e lavatrice, frigo capiente ma installato in zona salotto. Televisione minuscola e canali ancora di più. Personale pulizie cordiale, disponibile e efficace Avevamo la colazione inclusa, sempre la stessa tutti i giorni ma di discreta qualità. Personale colazione molto simpatico e attento. Trovare parcheggio non è molto facile. Minimercato solo per articoli da sopravvivenza all'ultimo istante. Comunque tranquillo pur essendo stata la 1a settimana di Agosto Comodissimo a piedi per prendere il treno che porta alla spiaggia, accesso preferenziale e gratis per quelli che alloggiano nella struttura (salva un sacco di tempo), ai figli è piaciuta la piscina, io non ci sono stato. Accetta cani e non è molto comune, molti spazi verdi per passeggiare con il quattrozampe nell'interno della struttura. Comunque caro ma è purtroppo il "normale"
