Room was old and run down. Hole in the cushion of sleep sofa, not sheets on sleep sofa mattress, wallpaper falling off the wall. Breakfast was meh, had to ask for milk, there was no juice, cereal was self serve with a scoop out of a container, not very sanitary.

Room was cold and the heater took over 12 hrs to get to 75 degrees. The breakfast was very disappointing and the microwave to heat up oatmeal was very dirty with pieces of food all over the inside . Looks like it had not been cleaned for several days. Lamp on nightstand had dust, hair and food crumbs all over the base of the lamp. Carpet was stained throughout the room and dirty , giving the room a bad smell. Will definitely not be using this hotel in any future stays. Did not meet expectations of a Quality Inn.

Pullout couch had not been cleaned in a while. There were crumbs all in the bed part of it. We couldn't use the pullout couch. Small selection for breakfast.

The breakfast wasn't good. There were not many good options. No muffins or sweet breads were availiable and no fruit other than bruised apples. I made a waffle with the mix that was provided and the waffle tasted chemically. Room was very clean, bed was great, A/C was nice and cold. I expected the TV's to have Roku or better channel options.

Rooms, were not clean at all the carpet in the room smell moldy, and the air conditioner worked very poorly would not stay there again, if you don't have the money to stay somewhere else then this might be for you but as for me I'm never going back.

I didn’t like the place at all.. the hotel is hidden and I felt the area unsafe, we got 3 rooms for a family trip.. mine had a bad and strong smoke smell and I asked to change it .. the carpet was dirty stained everywhere and the remote control for the tv never worked.. the batteries were exploded inside and the breakfast very poor and very basic The hotel really Needs some love The staff very kind!!

mediocre, not great

it was very dated. it was quite however the continental breakfast was horrible, there was a few pieces of bread, the waffle mix tasted like sour dough bread so we did not eat it there was 2 types of cereal, a couple of yogurts, a little bit of orange juice, only 2% milk, and as for fruit there was only apples no eggs, no bacon, no sausage. we have stayed at quality inns before and there has been a much better variety of breakfast items. this was a bit disappointing. plus many of the tables needed to be wiped off. we decided to skip breakfast on sunday morning because of the experience we had saturday morning with the waffles and them tasting like they were spoiled and eat at a restaurant and not even waste our time at the hotel

Horrible stay. Don’t do it

Breakfast was terrible room was in bad shape, mold on the walls in bathroom. Workers started cleaning our room before (10:05 am) we even checked out went back up to room because my son forgot his wallet and the room was already turned upside down and no wallet to be found.

You get what you pay for

Clean bedding and towels fortunately but overall cleanliness of the room was disappointing. Dirty walls, room was smelly. Good water pressure. Property was neglected with overgrown weeds in garden beds.

Area was quiet, staff had excellent customer service. Continental breakfast was nice. The lobby, not to mention the web, offered false hope. It was beautiful. Though, in need of a major upgrade. The room appeared to be clean. However, there were stains on the floor that made me super uncomfortable. Other than the stains, it was all good.

It was filthy. Cigarette holes in bedding even though we were in a nonsmoking room. Cracks in ceiling. Lock broken on door. Stains in carpet. Pull out sofa stained and broken. Absolutely horrible. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Disappointing Stay – Poor Facilities and Cleanline

Big no from my side. The AC was completely useless, and even after requesting a regular fan, the staff failed to provide one. The room was not clean — the curtains were dirty and even torn. Very disappointing experience overall.
