I arrived at 11am to drop my bag off and go to the boardwalk to wait for my room to be ready. Check in is at 3pm, I arrived back at the hotel at 5:15 (giving staff extra time to clean) and my room wasn’t ready still. MJ (Front Desk) was very accommodating and was able to find a room for me, but when I got upstairs that room wasn’t ready either, MJ again was able to accommodate and resolve the situation. However it was inconvenient, even more so that the ice machine was down for both days I stayed. I really love staying at the Clarion, and have never experienced any issues before, I hope things are on the up and up.
