It was good hotel, nice and friendly staff, easy to communicate even at late night. You can meet cute friends when you open the windows. Advantages of this place are distance to old town and many restaurants and bars nearby. Disadvantage is noise during the night due to the advantages as well. Anyway, nice to stay!

Great hotel in the old town with very friendly manager and staff. Staff helped ‘book’ a street park outside for us. The rooms have lots of character. We ate our takeaway coffees and pastries from a nearby cafe in the shady little patio each morning. Whilst we made it work for us, the room had a sofa bed for our two children. This was okay for 2 nights (just) but not ideal.

The hotel was clean and had beautiful classic decor, and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It's conveniently located in the old town, near restaurants and bars, and Hadrian's gate. The shower was a bit odd though as the temperature corresponded more to the pressure than how hot you had the tap turned. There's also no elevator so you may need to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs to the first floor. The TV also wasn't working during our stay, but not an issue since we didn't understand Turkish TV anyways.

Positive: The staff was simply astonishing. There was a strong issue with our room on the first day and the manager and receptionist were trying to solve the issue for us. Also the location in the midst of old town is very convenient. Negative: Our superior suite was noisy and I mean NOISY. Not only is the room noisy from the street side with cars/scooters and pedestrians but also from inside the hotel as the door is right next to the reception. Late arrivals, private phone calls etc. If you are noise sensitive, this room is definitely not for you.

Our stay at Hotel Mille Kaleici was nothing short of enchanting. This charming hotel nestled in the heart of Antalya's old town offered an experience like no other. The standout feature of this hotel is its amazing location. Surrounded by a captivating blend of Greek, Islamic, and Roman architecture, it immerses you in the rich history and culture of the region. Strolling through the beautiful old town streets was like stepping back in time. We were fortunate to stay in a perfect double-story room that offered plenty of space and comfort. The hotel's proximity to an array of restaurants made dining choices a breeze, and we enjoyed exploring the local cuisine. Hotel Mille Kaleici's location also proved superb for accessing nearby activities. It was incredibly convenient to reach the pick-up points for our planned excursions in Antalya. A special shoutout to Arda, the excellent Manager of the hotel. He not only ensured our stay was exceptional but also provided fantastic recommendations for everything from budget-friendly eats to upscale dining, shisha lounges, nightclubs, grocery stores, and gift shops. The icing on the cake was the unique fortune-telling session based on our Turkish coffee cups, a memorable experience indeed. This 115-year-old property exudes character and charm, and we loved every moment of our stay. We wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Mille Kaleici to anyone visiting Antalya. It's a true gem in a city filled with treasures.

Perfect hotel if you dont have under age kids

Perfect location to discover Antalya's heritage site. The hotel itself has an incredible story with a rich architecture from 3 different civilizations, a cute patio that the host will take time to tell you about. There are great restaurants, pubs, café (SIDD, a gem!), hookah places just around the corner. However for families with under age kids (ours are 3 and 1), it's not friendly. The room we were in (1st room by the main entrance) had poor isolation from outside, the floors cracked a lot, we could hear anyone speaking in the lobby, people entering and exiting the hotel, kids in the upper apartment laughing. There were 2 staircases in our apartment (one leading to the bedroom, the other one to the bathroom (3 stairs), it was a pure nightmare with our 1 year baby climbing staircases up and down. The upper level is a mezzanine with bars wide enough for a baby to go through. I was very stressed out inside the room but spent a bit of time outside in the patio, super chill! The other star was removed because of the lights coming through the entrance door. Baby woke up at 6am like it was 8am. As a couple with no kids, i would definitely stay there to be at the heart of the city. As a mom of 2 small kids, I'd book ourselves into a "proper" hotel room for another 4 years. Arda and the rest of the staff are super nice, I really dont wish to bring their rate down so I'm only removing 1 star.
