It is new, hopefully they will improve
In theory it is a great concert, self check in. In practice it doesn’t work. No instructions for how to use the QR code to get in the hotel. Lockers for luggage but no way to reenter the hotel to retrieve luggage after check out. Phone number given by hotel never responded to our call or our email. Musty smell on headboard and throw pillows. Bed hard and uncomfortable. Huge disappointment. Maybe with time they will correct the above problems because the location is perfect and the decoration in modern and fun.
