This hotel is a 10 minute walk to public transportation. Too long a walk in the scorching heat and high humidity. The breakfast buffet was not the best. Small selection that didn't vary each day. The food in the restaurant was awful. The hotel itself was good.

Ok location to walk to BTS. Comfortable room with mezzanine bedroom level. Daily cleaning from friendly housekeeping team. Breakfast was awful and not worth paying extra for. The Pool is not relaxing or enjoyable.

Good location. Short walk to the station. Some places to eat within walking distance and the supermarket nearby. Very clean. Great to have some space. Washing machine was useful. Although a clothes airer would have helped as the washer/dryer option did not fully dry the clothes and does not suit all clothes. Bed was very comfortable. Wouldn’t recommend for anyone elderly or not very steady on their feet. The stairs up to the bedroom area was very narrow/short steps.

Booked for 3 days... extended it to 3 weeks

Great value for this room; I don't think you'll find a better price anywhere along Sukhumvit for a room this size with kitchen and washer/dryer. Nice view of the city. Neighbourhood is nice with good food options and massage shops. It's a nice area for exploring and there are probably several hidden gems if you look hard enough. Gym had minimal equipment, but good enough for me and most people who just want to be active while on vacation. Staff were kind, friendly, and helpful. Mattress was fine for sleeping - no issues. The only small downside is that it's a just a little bit far out from the city center, but not really a deal breaker. The skytrain station is a 5-7 minute walk away, or a motorcycle taxi can take you there for 20 baht. I would strongly consider booking here again when I return to Bangkok.

Room and facilities were great. Very clean. Comfortable bed. TV had youtube and netflix access. They provide two bottles of water a day. Shower was good. There is limited counter space around the sink. The lights in the washroom are very dim. There is no full length mirror. And just keep in mind if you get drunk or need to use washroom, there are stairs you need to walk down. The location unfortunately is terrible. There is not much around you. But if you want quiet and just chill then it's a good place. But pretty much everywhere is at least a 20 minute drive.

Great stay with a few to improve

+ Super friendly greeting from 2 ladies at front desk by the time we checked in. + location is super prime. + the view is private and peaceful. + the duplex room layout is unique and functional. Love it. - when we got there and asked where to park, Security gaurd pointed the back of building, when we got to the back at auto parking gate. The guy in-charge shouted out while operating the parking to park up front. So confusing. - when we had breakfast, we saw other tables had their egg dished. So we asked the waiter about it, then he presented the egg menu. When asked why this was not advised when we were seated so we knew this was available. His response was 'usually people know.' Not the first time visitors like us. I find the answer and attitude very irresponsible.

I initially was very please with everything however after staying there for a few days certain things were disappointing in regard to it being a Wyndham property. Other than in my room in which I could control the temperature most every other location inside the hotel was extremely hot. With exception of the rooftop bar and front desk on the second floor. I purchased the buffet breakfast and came every morning. On most days there was a young gentleman there and he did once say anything to me. Every single morning I had to initiate a simple conversation for him to merely communicate with me. The front desk was excellent and so was the security out front of the property. However, unless I initiated communication with the concierges they were on their phones every time I would leave or come in anytime during the day. I went to the rooftop bar one evening and had a drink special and I was charged a 26% sales tax. I was charged $21,00 for three local beers and a water. The room was nice and so was the maid nonetheless I choose to leave the property and I found another place to stay for the next two weeks that I am in Bangkok. In addition, I would not recommended this property due to the areas of concern I had while staying there.

The property is good, the staff is helpful. The Pesto restaurant serves amazing food! One major thing lacking for this property is a shuttle service to nearest BTS station-On Nut. Major hotel chains offer this service, it is high time for the hotel to offer it.
