This hotel is amazing in every way. We arrived late so they allowed us to check out late. They upgraded us to a beautiful suite for such a low price. The staff the food the atmosphere everything about this hotel deserves 5 stars. There was nothing about it that I could complain about. As for the area around the hotel. It's Manila and anywhere in Manila is going to have homeless people beggers prostitutes and dirty streets but once you arrive at the hotel you pull into the property and see none of this bc it's private and secluded and beautiful and safe with security and a wonderful staff that goes out of their way to ensure your stay is perfect. We will make this our go to hotel anytime we stay in Manila

Friendly staff, room just looked dated compared to pictures online. Weird smell, and room had gang tags all over even in the bathroom. Little bit of mold in the bathroom and it was a hole in the wall from the door. You truly get what you pay for. Also , WiFi did not work, no fire alarm.

You get what you pay for.

Booked online, paid ahead and was charged a cash deposit when checking in. The deposit wasn’t and issue for me. When checking out the lady working in the morning had no idea a deposit was charged or the amount. They asked me how much I paid and then gave me cash back. Room also was not very clean.

The walls toilet in the room inside experience overall is filthy. They can wipe off the walls. They can take the time to wipe off toilet and wipe off the bathtub.

Most disgusting overnight stay of our lives. The room was obviously dirty. . . Sheets, towels, dusty, bugs. There was a non-working TV and nothing but a few plastic cups and a bar of soap. Stay anywhere but here!

Don't Stay here if you have options.

This is not the place to stay if you have a family or a female alone. The hotel appears to be a prostitution hang out. It's located in a bad area. The room was small and the bed and bathroom are not well kept.
