We would of liked a bit of window view. From the area we stayed an elevator access to the main village would of been great. My mom is 88 and had to walk up and down stairs to get to the main village. I don't know if there was a elevator did that or I missed that in the itinerary. Otherwise it was a great overall experience.

The unit was easy to access, although the tenants have to memorize the door code every time. Grocery store, restaurants and gondolas are within walking distance.

The self-check-in and check-out, and self-parking were fine, as long as you read carefully the instructions sent to your email. The room service was not available after sunset, I believe. We phoned the front desk to request more quilts, no service for the evening time, we must wait until the next day, around 11 am for someone to deliver to the room. We requested the second day's coffee by phone, the front desk said she would have someone send the coffee bag, but no one came up at all, we ended up buying coffee the next morning. If they add a staff for after-hours delivery service, it would be great.

Very nice location where you can walk to the chairs within 5 minutes. The unit is practical and well-equipped if you want to cook (no oven). It could be a bit noisy but manageable. Not having to drive to go to the hill was very nice.

Liked the free parking, kitchen was fully stocked, I did find a hair when I opened up the murphy bed though. The parking lot P4 is only accessible through the main hotel elevator, wish I didn’t have to walk back and forth to switch elevators. The 10 am check out time is a little too early imo. If I were to stay again it would be only for the kitchen!

Whistler visit

Accommodation was very central. Parking was good. Queen bed & sofa bed were a Murphy bed & sofa, not very comfortable. A/c had trouble keeping the apartment at a reasonable temp. Communication was poor: tried to call twice (left message once) with person on the business card left in our locked box, call was redirected and no response during our stay. Called the check out number, but only 5 options for renter/owners not to check out. We will be back in Whistler at the end of September and NO we will not stay here again.

The tub is full of chips and stains. Counter tile in the kitchen was broken. The room is very noisy from the elevator and the night life outside. The descriptions used by Expedia are wrong. We booked the Junior Suite wanting a separate bedroom. We got a single room with a small Murphy bed and a pull out couch. When I complained to the property manager they said there is no junior suite and Expedia booked me in the wrong room. Called Expedia and was told they get the property descriptions directly from the hotel company. We have been waiting over 5 weeks for Expedia to get back to us as we paid more for the “Junior Suite” and didn’t get a hotel suite with a separate bedroom. The hotel didn’t have enough bedding or pillows for the pull out couch. I called and asked for appropriate bedding which they didn’t deliver until the next day. This hotel company is awful and so is Expedia - terrible customer service.
