Wij hebben 1 nacht geboekt op doortocht naar Kroatië. Hotel gecombineerd met bezoek aan Playmobil FunPark. Gemakkelijk te bereiken hotel. Wij hadden een extra grote kamer (2 volwassenen en 2 jongere kinderen). Alles was netjes. Enige minpuntje is dat de kamers echt niet donker zijn. De verduistering is niet optimaal. Reception gentil, personnels de nettoyagge pas agreable. Pas de frigo dans les chambre. Au niveau de la Reception le manque d'informations est flagrant Le check out tot le matin n'est pas fait un peu deçu dans ce sens. Bref pour le reste pas de soucis. Propre et rangé.

Stunning hotel in the shape of a glass pyramid, but noone at front desk on first 2 days; waited 5+ min for staff to appear. Amazingly spacious apartment for the four of us - 2 adults and 2 teenagers. There were 2 huge bedrooms where the beds could be separated slightly or put together, plus a huge bathroom and 2 separate toilets, and a kitchenette/sofa area. Unfortunately the kitchenette has not been maintained. There was no functioning fridge and the dishwasher looked old and plasticky. The cupboards were empty - a couple of plates, but no glasses, cutlery, or kitchen bin. It felt like a corporate hotel - TVs in the bedroom but not in the living area. The electric locks on the internal doors also did not work - not a problem for us as a family but another sign that the apartment is not maintained well. The fuse box in a cupboard had its front panel missing so that it was exposed. In terms of location, it was further from Nuremberg than I thought - OK if you download and use the excellent VGN public transport app but be aware that there are only 2 buses an hour that go to and from Furth train station. The bus ride takes about 15 min. From there you can easily take a U-bahn into Nuremberg. I booked the hotel as I found it difficult to find an apartment in central Nuremberg rather than a hotel room. I think if the standard had been higher it would have been worth it, but as it has not been updated recently we would have preferred a more central location and smaller space.

Schönes Hotel in Form einer Piramide. Einstellhalle hatte keine Schranke deswegen durften wir sie gratis benutzen ansonsten 10 Euro pro Tag. Vor dem Hotel kann man den Bus 177 nehmen, welcher uns bis zum Bahnhof Fürth brachte. Welness war leider zu. Zimmerservice bekommt man leider nur auf abruf über QR-Code. 30 minuten Parkplätze vor der Reception, sind leider immer voll da die Leute zu Faul sind in die Einstellhalle zu parken.

Das Frühstück war leider etwas dürftig, es war keine Butter vorhanden, das Teewasser kalt, kaltes Rührei, Besteck und Geschirr was nicht aufgefüllt war. Das Geschirr wurde nicht abgeräumt. Das Personal war entweder nicht vorhanden oder überfordert.

Man hat gemerkt das das Hotel erst wieder eröffnet wurde, wirkte noch etwas unorganisiert.Das Frühstücksbüffet war vielfältig, hätte mir nur ein Tablett gewünscht um mein Frühstück in einem zum Tisch bringen zu können. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Zimmer war sauber. Hatte leichte Schwierigkeiten das Wasser in der Dusche auf die gewünschte Temperatur zu bringen und den Lüfter habe ich auch nicht richtig eingestellt bekommen.Super fand ich das kostenfreie parken in der Tiefgarage. Alles in allem war mein Aufenthalt dennoch gut.

We stayed here a few years ago while passing through and decided to come back again. The room is very spacious and modern. The bathroom is a bit outdated in comparison to the room, but still perfectly fine—clean and well-maintained. The TV includes YouTube and Netflix. Friendly reception. The neighborhood isn’t very lively, but it’s conveniently located near the highway if you’re just passing through. It’s about a 15–20 minute drive to the center of Nuremberg and 5 minutes to the center of Fürth.
