Clean room. Staff nice. Definitely not a hotel.... they only provide 2 rolls of TP, 1 roll of PT, 1 dishwasher soap packet, etc no matter how long your stay! Also, they do not allow you to leave any seasonings or condiments! Sparsely furnished kitchenware and if you use the stove, you set off the smoke detector (you can't turn it off, staff had to come out)

😀the property mgmt provided a great trip. communication and instructions were point by point understandable. lol. the suite itself was almost spotless. sharply made beds, shiny and functioning kitchen area (stocked with all the essentials), and clean bathroom with linens. There was a lot more than i realized as far as what was provided. for the technically "smart" challenged, they provided step by step instructions on how to use everything. side note: you could hear the people stomping around upstairs but that wasn't the fault of property mgmt. will most definitely stay there again.

My family and I were very pleased with the cleanliness and quietness of the property. They had everything you could need for your vacation to be comfortable. Beach access was a huge plus and it's only a few steps away. All in all, I would love to stay here again and I recommend it to everyone.

The staff was super sweet. Extremely accommodating. The room was spotless. The staff met you with a smile and asked if they could do anything for you. And even though there was a hicup with the hot water they did everything to make it right i give them 10 stars..

Our stay was great, but the amenities can use some work. We had a three beds but only two blankets. (No blanket for the pull out couch.) There was only two rolls of toilet paper and 2 set of towels for the weekend. It was stated that there were laundry detergent/pods. However we did not find any. The parking space was small. There is only one parking spot for the whole suite. We had to use public parking and pay the fees. However, the room itself was great and had a beautiful view. The shared community area was great with many activities and the free bike rental system was easy to use and enjoyable. Overall, it is a cheap, but comfortable stay. Just the amenities needs an improvement.

Got NO sleep at night - Nice room - good location

The property was really nice. Close to beach and downtown Surf City. Customer service was excellent and quick. I would give it 5 stars, but we did not get a good nights sleep the whole time we stayed there. We did not hear any noise from rooms on either side of us, but above (ceiling) noise was horrible. We were on the 1st floor above parking. It sounded like a constant herd of elephants passing over our bed every night. I spoke to the rental agency who takes care of the property (BlueStar Real Estate) about it and they said that they had received other complaints about this noise problem in our building. They also said that the new building that was just finished down the street from the one where we stayed had resolved the issue for noise above and below the rooms which is good news. BlueStar Real Estate also told us that if we had called early in our visit, they could have moved us, but I am not sure that it would have helped since the noise problem was throughout the building. I recommend renting in the new building if possible or taking ear plugs just in case for staying in older building. Also, some minor issues that we did not have a problem with, but others might: no closet in room or clothes washer/dryer. They do have a dresser in the room for clothing. Wonderful full kitchen as well.

We had an awesome family vacation here and wil definitely be back next year! Great location and amenities. My only complaint is the 4pm checkin. That's a little late, especially with little kids.

Beach showers on property where a nice touch. Roof top seating would be nice, for coffee sipping beach viewers. Nice and easy, quiet location. Perfect getaway. Will return soon.
