A very clean and convenient hotel. Not the most glamorous of destinations, but very handy. The room was clean and well appointed. The staff were friendly and helpful. We didn't have dinner in the restaurant but breakfast was OK. We paid for parking which I actually thought was very reasonable at €8 per day. Very secure car park. Overall, a perfectly good quality hotel, nothing out of the ordinary but good value.

My stay at the Spa Sercotel Odeon

This is rated a 4 star hotel, however I don't think it deserves this rating. The rooms are comfortable and clean but I think the bath should have a nonslip surface and there should be a rail to hold onto when getting into the bath. The cafeteria does not offer or other food unless the restaurant is open. The buffet breakfast is abundant. The restaurant only offers an evening meal with a set menu of limited choice and no vegetarian options. We did not use the spa facilities.

Boil in a bag bedroom

Our stay mostly consisted of roasting like a turkey on Christmas Day throughout every night. Shoddy air con at best. We asked for the air con to be fixed before finding out that it was actually supposed to be working fine. Room temp was approx 100 degrees. I asked for fan at front desk and they laughed in my face and said "it's so hot". Asides from that room was big, cleaning was minimal but beds were made. Nice enough breakfast. Spa was good but ironically actually not that warm.

Spacious, clean, and accessible.

The suite was bright and spacious, and the hotel's front desk staff were very helpful. The duplex suite offered plenty of space — it could easily accommodate a kitchenette or similar feature, which might enhance guests’ comfort. The air conditioning on the upper floor wasn’t working during my stay, and the unit on the lower floor overflowed daily, so addressing this would make a big difference. I also didn’t notice any visible recycling facilities, which could be a great addition for environmentally conscious guests.

El spa bien, tenía incluido en el precio el acceso y colo el domingo está cerrado perdí el importe del mismos. Asimismo, el sábado y el domingo el menú de la cena era 14 euros, el lunes lo subieron a 15 y, a pesar de estar alojados no nos respetaron el precio.

Hotel ist ok, alles sauber und einwandfrei. Frühstück für das Geld auch empfehlenswert. Spa Bereich ist allerdings so naja, ungemütlich, Wasser eher lauwarm und mit sehr viel Chlor. Hotel selbst liegt in einer Art Industriegebiet. Für 1 Nacht ok.
