Comfort and fun

Lovely stay. Comfortable and clean. My little ones really enjoyed the swimming pool. I appreciated having coffee in the evenings. They had everything you needed. The hot breakfast each morning was well organized and replenished quickly. A very nice stay.

Lawlessness

Large crowds hanging around with their kids screaming and running around. At one point, my wife was concerned about the safety of herself and our 7 year old when she went swimming at 8 pm. There were kids screaming and fighting and were it of control! There was no security and the only staff member on shift refused to acknowledge the problem...

For a hilton known hotel . It stinks. Wont go back

The breakfast was good. Person that runs it was very friendly and kept everything fresh.AS FOR THE ROOM NO ONE CLEAN IT OR MADE BED OR EMPTIED GARBAGES UNTIL I COMPLAINED AFTER MY THIRD NIGHT. OTHER WISE VERY FRIENDLY BUT not knowl gable on the area when i asked where the beach was

Had a great night here visiting family. Its in a nice quiet area with places to eat within walking distance. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. The breakfast options were great as well. Thank you Hilton Inn

The outside of the property is nice. The inside is modern looking and clean. The staff were terrific. My first room, the ac unit sounded like a car derby. The staff switched me, but the refrigerator unit in the second one was loud, so I had to turn it off. But then my beverages got cold. This hotel is not walking distance to anything. So I guess charging $4.00 for a small pop bottle makes sense.

I was quite disappointed with our recent stay at Hampton Inn Port Hope/Cobourg. The bed was extremely high. Having physical limitations, it was very difficult to get in and out of the bed. The toilet was extremely low making it difficult to get up with arthritic knees. Lastly the breakfast for someone who can't eat gluten was very poor. Limited options, no GF bread. Overall, not a positive experience and I won't be staying here again.

I am an avid Hampton inn client so I try to book in one whenever I can. This hotel is brand new and has a lot of potential. Unfortunately house keeping needs to be elevated as the room and my colleagues rooms were dirty. Bedroom 221 needs a new bed frame as it is falling apart. Hair in the tiles and dirty carpet. If this doesn’t get addressed, this hotel will be completely dirty in few years.
