The hotel had a great location, walking distance from the Minato Mirai tourist area. Like everywhere in Japan, the hotel is neat and clean and the staff gives excellent customer service. We had a corner room with a great view of the city. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was great. I enjoyed staying there. They offer nice breakfast buffets. The pool and sauna access cost 3300 yen, maybe it could be better if that is included. The area around the hotel also good, many malls and restaurants. For the pool, I thought it should be better if they can serve drinks or beverage such as a cup of coffee there.

Traveling with a small child and sharing space can be difficult but we felt comfortable and accommodated the whole time. There’s lots to do in this area and it’s very clean and safe.
