This is a cozy Bed & Breakfast. Was Greeted and all provisions and information was provided at that time. Communicated with us often as to our needs and super friendly. Breakfast was DELICIOUS!! The pool area was a great plus at this B&B. Canyon Lake is a favorite lake in the area!

What a nice, clean, lovely b&b! The room was spacious and well appointed with thoughtful amenities including snacks, black-out curtains, and bath crystals for the spa tub! Such a peacful, beautiful view over the lake, with picturesque sunsets! Waking to the smell of a delicious breakfast each morning was dreamy, and the food did not disappoint! Everything was wonderfully tasty! Justin was a fabulous host, attentive and friendly; excellent communicator. This was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Thank you for making me feel so welcome. It's quiet and let me feel chill. You can see sunset just in the house. The owner is so kind and the room is so clean. They offer drinks and cookies and also has wifi. It' s so great to stay here, just sitting outside with books, beverage and perfect scenery. The breakfast, including waffle, bacon and strawberry romanoff, are also very delicious. All exceed our expections！！

Beautiful view. Great location if you want to be about the same distance from Austin to San Antonio with free parking and a 2 course breakfast is included. Justin is a great host and very helpful emails and text messages to give us all the information we needed on parking, access to the B&B and communication as needed throughout our stay

The Lakehouse B&B was a nice and peaceful getaway. Breakfast was served each morning and made fresh. Special note if dietary restrictions was made which I never expect but always appreciate. The property was spotless and cozy. The view of the lake was magnificent. I wish the listing on here had specified which room I would get but I ended up getting one of my top 2 choices. Overall it was a wonderful stay!
