Beds were horrible, flat, rolled to the middle, almost feel springs if that's even possible anymore, must be 30 yrs old. 3rd floor. They sent a text upon check-in saying to respond if we need anything. No one responded ever after 3 texts to them. Tried to shower, water never got hot. At 1am, went to front desk, asked for different room, beds were same. Upon leaving and tried to eat breakfast at told time of 6:30, breakfast didn't open until 7 which would make us late for our event. For $200/night and trusting the Wyndham name and quality, I was bamboozled.
