Location is excellent However, the apartment has a bad smell. Washer smells very bad. Hot water is a problem could only be enough for one person to take a bath. Heater keeps dropping water on the sink at the kitchen. There is no AC at the main bedroom. The AC at the living room is very noisy. The pillows and duvet are the worst, fleet like.

Just adequate, but poor service

We rented the Caleta Homes apartment in the city centre for 4 persons for a week. A great location for access to bars and restaurants, but also quite noisy, especially in the weekends. As a 1 bedroom apartment it is inadequate for 4 persons for more than a couple of nights. Beds/sofa beeds are not too comfortable, the bathroom is very small and the kitchen not well equipped. i.e. 3 wineglasses in varying sizes, no corkscrew etc.. When we arrived in the evening the bed was unmade, the safe did not work and the kitchen light did not function. We asked for a technician for light, safe and extra pillows. The technician arrived next day at 11 - we had to wait as he did not have a key. The pillows and someone to fix the safe never arrived. We had been given 1 set of keys to the apartment to all 4 of us. As they could not locate an extra set of keys in the office, we were told to come by the next day - just a 15-20 minutes walk away, but.. When we asked for late checkout, we received a flat no. All in all not very serviceminded and slightly disappointing.

This property is very convenient and easy to navigate. It's like a one-stop place with stores, supermarkets, the beach, and restaurants all nearby. I would recommend this stay to anyone visiting Malaga, Spain, and just wanting everything nearby. If I come back, I will definitely stay back here.

Stayed in unit 1B, this unit faces the museum, so you likely get less noise from the restaurants downstairs. It’s a great location, and super convenient for walking to all the restaurants and sites. Do note that cars cannot drop you right at the apartment, they need to pull over a couple of blocks away it seems, but it’s a flat walk and the tiles on the street make it easier to drag luggage. The kitchen is functional, has some cookware things that you’ll need but it was odd it came without utensils. Comfortable bed, great option with a sofa bed too, air-conditioner in the living room.

The location is central with a well equipped kitchen and plenty of towels for the bathroom. Friendly and professional staff were highly responsive but the issues with the place were not resolved which also used up our vacation time. The suite was very clean with comfortable and good-sized beds and a good floor plan, but a lot of stars were deducted for improper maintenance (washing machine, cold showers) of the suite.

Short trip to Malaga

Nice apartment in the heart of historic part of Malaga, but quiet at night. Apartment is spacious enough for a small family (2 adults & 2 kids). Found the kitchen a bit funny, only one socket, so complicated to make breakfast (can't use kettle/toaster or microwave at the same time..) It'd be nice to have some basic stuff, like tea, sugar, washing-up liquid, bin bags...

Me gusto mucho la comodidad del departamento, muy bonito y super buena ubicación hay un restaurante italiano al salir del complejo de departamentos y esta en el corazon del centro turistico por lo que hay muchas tiendas y restaurantes a minutos a pie, sugeriría que pusieran un espejo de cuerpo completo en la habitación o sala de estar ya que solo hay un espejo en todo el departamento en el baño y quiza cambiar el colchón del sofa porque ya se siente delgado. La entrega de la llave es sus oficinas lo cual no es muy practico considerando que si vas en taxi precontratado te tienes que desviar pero para el check out solo se deja dentro del departamento. Muy recomendable.
