This, being my second time staying at this hotel, was one of the best experiences! The communication from hotel staff was amazing, clean room, property and steps away from the beach. Boardwalk, you’ll find plenty of cool eating spots; with a few having live music! I will be staying there again!

What a great location! The room was very clean. Having a stove top kitchen is a welcomed plus, and it's stocked with plates, utensils, and drink ware. Also, the rooms have beach chairs and umbrellas (which, as a suggestion, are due for an upgrade/replacement). Will definitely book again!

This hotel was surprisingly quiet. It is steps from the Broadway and the beach. We did not see any staff during our 2 night visit! We arrived Friday early afternoon expecting the office to be open but it wasn't. Several calls/texts later, I finally get a response and get instructions on how to access the room. It would have been better if they had reached out to us prior to our arrival, letting us know that the office would be closed. This was the only hiccup during our stay. Everything else worked out well.

The lock on the door was broken. If you are wanting to develop some patience, this is the place for you. It took up to 2 minutes every time we entered or exited the room to lock or unlock the door. The door lock felt unsafe. The website advertised 22$ a day parking. The actual amount was 3$ per hour so 72$ a day if you didn’t leave. The contact person said she thought they had a day pass but didn’t give me any more information. Messages state office open 9-6, except Sunday. Never saw anyone at office and door was always locked. The contact person did respond to messages. It was a very good location to the beach, but not on the beach. At least our room had a partial view of beach. The room was big and cute. The couch was super stained so did not use.

It has everything you need for a beach life, free beach chairs, beach towels, sand toys, floaters and free bicycles. Walking distance to main activities at night but still quietly to sleep at night.
