For just a overnighter the room was perfect. The size didn't really affect us because it was very clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable which are important factors for us when we stay at hotels. There are some things that would've made it perfect and wouldn't take much effort or costly. The towels were stiff and thin and we like a nice fluffy comforter and that's it! Other than that, we would stay there again and tell friends as well.

Hotel Nell is very cute with a rich history & the staff we interacted with was so kind but the parking situation is expensive & nightmarish. The staff seems a little confused on where you can park & when & there is an entire lot unused attached to the building which was incredibly frustrating. Our first night there was a drying fan on the floor in the hallway, I believe for a leak in another room, inconvenient but not at all an issue.. the second night the fan was no longer there & you could hear someone breathe too loud in the room next door. Wouldn’t likely stay again but mainly for the conveniences of parking & privacy, not because of quality or service.

It was clean and service was great. However, the bed was on the floor which was off putting. The TV did not work, not even turn on, which they had to fix. They had the cleaning bin in front of our door for hours at a time, multiple times, making it very difficult to enter/exit the room. I just expected more based on the price per night.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was so roomy, clean, and very comfortable. There was some days that I did not wanna leave the room because it was so nice. I would definitely stay here again. The plus side of it is that there are plenty of restaurants nearby so you can easily walk to any of them without going far.

We booked the family room thinking we would have more space because we have a young child. The rooms are so tiny. As soon as you walk in the beds are right there. There is no counter space. Small table with 1 chair. A mini fridge. The shower curtain rod fell, which we learned it is a twist on shower rod. No counter space to put your toiletries in the bathroom. The mirror also comes off the wall. The walls are thin and you can hear people talking from the next room. The night front desk staff was not welcoming at all. One night desk worker wouldn't even look me in my face and smile. To pay $100/night deposit and $45/day for parking along with the small space and cheap furniture, it was not worth it at all. The pictures online make it look more than what it really is. The lobby was nice and clean and chique. Customer service could be better, more friendly and helpful. They also gave away my family members room telling her they were sold out, and told her she could get a refund if she didn't want to stay there- which, they ended up "finding" her a room, but you were sold out? So rude. We just traveled miles from another state for my sister's college graduation. The hotel could have been more accommodating to this matter. I wouldn't stay here unless it's a last resort.

Check in time was supposed to be after 2 pm. I actually got there at 6 am from an early flight and then let me check in then. Not too many hotels. Will let you do that. The rooms are great and super quiet. Kind of a funky industrial design rooms and hotel.

It was very just okay. I’m a Bonvoy member but thought I’d try something different ; Mistake. $300 a night. Television didn’t work. And there’s no Hotel Management at the moment, so it all made sense. I’d never stay again, but Good Luck.
