Poucas opções de alimentação, mas boas. Água do chuveiro não era muito quente. Praia fica atravessando a rua, mas não tem estrutura na praia do hotel (cadeiras e guarda sol). Atendimento bom, inclusive uma concierge mostrou pessoalmente a estrutura no check in e tinha drink de boas vindas.

The ac in our room was not working properly and they never came to fix it. The WiFi didn’t work properly. There was a small mini bar near the pool but nothing was given to us in our room fridge. When we checked in it took more than an hour for us to be helped even though they saw us with suitcases. The cleaning lady took forever to clean the room and forgot to give us clean towels. We came back one day at 5pm and the room had not been cleaned.

I’ve been to other resorts and even the one in San andres which is the same name and owner I believe is 100 times better than the one in Cartagena. It was the worse experience I had.. towels were extremely old and the over charge for those old towels if something happened to them (you cannot imagen). I asked staff for multiple essential things such an iron since day one, we’ll never got it in the 5 days I stayed there. All inclusive??? There’s no water something as essential as water no you have to go and ask for a 6 oz cup of water (this is very important for someone that don’t drink alcohol) keep in mind to give bottles of water and have some in the room even if you charge some extra dollars it would be much better… The cleaning lady for the room was great, as well as the people in the dinning area they were always helpful.. ohhh almost forgot don’t even think about going inside the pool area if you are not going into the water or going in with a towel because if not you are not allow to go in… good luck staying in this “RESORT” if I were you I would not. Instead go to the one in San andres :) highly recommended.

Al llegar al hotel la habitación no estaba disponible. Tuve que esperar media hora para que me la entregaran. Estaba lloviendo y por ese motivo no habia ningun tipo de recreacion en el hotel. Pudieron por lo menos poner musica, hacer un bingo, una tarde de Karaoke.. No hay excusa para no recrear al huesped. Agradecido al personal por la limpieza de las habitaciones Todo estaba impecable.

Please stay away from this hotel

Please stay away from this place!!! This is not a real all inclusive. Poor customer service. Cockroaches on the room and bath room. Shower full of hair. Humidity on the wall and furniture and doors in bad conditions almost to fall down. Curtains falling down. Don’t waste your time and money on this hotel. Worst experience ever. I could write a whole book about my experience, worst hotel ever, we had to leave the hotel in less than 2 hours. - there is no snack bar, there was only a lady handing out potatos, that was the snack bar no other snack. - we got a room on 15th floor and only one elevator was working, we had to wait 5 minutes for the elevator to arrive. -the AC was not working, I called the front desk 3 times and nobody helped me. -no internet at all, as soon as we checked in they gave us a paper to enroll 4 devices, we I try my computer I got less than 1MB when connect but then got disconnected and I was unable to connect again. -when we asked for towels, the towels were dirty, stained and torn. - we talked to the manager (Lida González) about us leaving and she said I will help and she listen all of our arguments, 3 days later Expedia said the hotel refused to do the cancellation because they offered another room, which they never did, she said one thing and did the other, also changing a room would not fix all the issues. -finally Expedia did not help either, they offered me $300 credit with them and I had to book another hotel and pay for all the meals of my family, the only time I needed help from Expedia they did not help, we did not cause any expense to the hotel as we left in less than 2 hours, worst hotel EVER!!!

The AC was not working correctly and the never had enough towels. Food was very plain no taste and it look like they were over whelmed by the people. Swimming pool was to small by the amount of people and very limited time to use the pool. In all very bad choice for me and my girlfriend.

El hotel no cumple lo que ofrece en su publicación, no servía ni la pantalla, ni el teléfono, el elevador estaba en construcción, las puertas de la habitación parecían recicladas de un hotel muy viejo, muebles rotos, sumamente sucio todo, la cama tenía animales, y lo peor de todo fue el personal, groseros, déspotas, racistas.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay, we didn’t encounter any issues and the staff was friendly. This is an all inclusive, however, the liquor/ cocktail servings were really small, the food was well prepared but it wasn’t anything special. The price was low in comparison to the other hotels, so it was no surprise that it wasn’t as nice as the other places we have stayed before.
