The stay was really good, the hotel is located facing east and the sunrise is something you will never forget. Dinner menu is served at 7pm, for me it was a bit late, all food have windows of time when is available, if they will offer this at different times, the experience will be more personal. You get what you pay, it is a bit pricey but the hotel is the best of the area.

2/10 Poor

Hotel Needs an urgent Renovation!!! Breakfast was a disaster very expensive and very limited!!! Lunch and dinner is what they have and not what you want!!! Wine was $10 dollars a glass and you have to share the table with everyone!!! No separate tables offer!!!

Olia a caño.

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel. The views are definitely amazing! Keep in mind that in the main lobby, they have 2 different bedroom options. One with private balcony, full view of the canyon, and one with partial view/no private balcony. The ones with private balcony are obviously more expensive and updated. But, they still need more work. Our bathroom wasn't the best. The ceiling was falling apart. The simpler/partial view room is located under the main restaurant and kitchen. If you stay in those rooms, be aware that you will hear all the noise from the kitchen since 5:30 a.m. If you are an early bird and don't mind waking up early, this could be a good option for you since they are more affordable. The restaurant menu is limited but they do offer vegan substitutions. We purchased the food package. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was included. Small portions for lunch and dinner. Breakfast was more complete, especially when it was buffet. All staff was amazing! Extraordinary customer service. We had a wonderful stayed. Definitely coming back again.
