The room was clean when we checked in and we were asked if we wanted a full cleaning for the two-night stay or just a refresh (dump trash, fresh towels, etc.). We chose the latter but they did not refresh the room at all during our stay. We did have the privacy sign on our door after the first night but only until about 10:30am but if they did try to come by they did not return.
