I didn't like the price of the breakfast. 15 Euros for a normal breakfast is really expensive. The room was little but nice, with a good table to work on. The hotel was clean and the personal helpful.

Ich war nun schon zwei Mal in diesem Hotel und bin nach wie vor begeistert! Hannovers Innenstadt ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Neben dem Hotel kann man im Parkhaus parken. Das Hotel ist sauber, gut ausgestattet und perfekt für einen Wochenend-Trip. Während meines Aufenthalts war die Rezeption durchgehend besetzt.

The hotel was conveniant as a overnight stop during our travel. The receptioninst who were from spain was really helpful and gave us all the information we needed. We parked the car in the same street as a gym and it was free for our overnight stay. The only thing that could be better was the towels and sheets, found some hairs in both. But otherwise a clean hotel.

Die Zimmer sind recht klein, das hat uns aber für 2 Nächte nicht gestört (es gibt auch keine Schränke oder Regale). Es war alles sauber und auch das Frühstück morgens war für den Preis absolut in Ordnung. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir haben sogar eine Abstellmöglichkeit für unsere 2 E-Bikes bekommen. In 20 Minuten war man zu Fuß in der Innenstadt. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir würden auch noch einmal buchen.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht in diesem Hotel. Und wir würden es nicht noch mal buchen. Das Personal scheint mir keine Erfahrungen zu haben. Es kommt einem so vor, als ob es junge Leute sind, die nebenbei jobben. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein. Das schlimmste für mich war jedoch, dass die Badezimmertür nachdem duschen nicht mehr aufging. Es hat ewig gedauert bis jemand ans Telefon gegangen ist, der Mitarbeiter hatte keine Ahnung und wusste nicht, was er machen sollte. Für jemanden mit Platzangst, ist das alles andere als witzig. Ich war ca. 45 Minuten eingesperrt, mein Freund hatte dann eine Idee wie man die Tür öffnen konnte. Denn der Mitarbeiter hatte null Plan. Diese Situation kann für manche sehr gefährlich werden. Eine Entgegenkommen wie ein gratis Frühstück oder Ähnliches, gab es nicht. Kundenservice sucht man hier vergebens.

Tolles modernes Hotel, ruhig und sauber. Tolles Personal. Leckeres Frühstück. !!! Mitarbeiterin N. an der Reception, Top, sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Ebenfalls am Abend kleine Bar mit sehr netter Bedienung. Wir kommen wieder! GRATIS Kaffee den ganzen Tag über!!

I decided to stay at the hotel because it is highly rated among those hotels located at the midpoint between the central station and the university, where a meeting was held. It was good for me to drink coffee at any time, 24 hours a day. However, there was no desk in my room where I could work. Only a tiny table was available on which I could use a small laptop. That is why I could not give a full mark. It should be mentioned that one of the staff members was very friendly and kind.

Das Haus an sich sieht eigentlich ganz modern aus. Etwas schwer zu finden, aber innen schön eingerichtet. Leider habe ich aber ein nicht so schönes Zimmer erwischt. An den Decken hingen an mehreren Stellen Spinnweben. Die Wände waren schmutzig. Das schlimmste war jedoch das Bett. Es waren überall Haare und auf einem Kissen waren Blutflecken (ich habe Fotos). Das war leider keine erholsame Nacht.

Hatte es mir anders vorgestellt und erhofft

Das Hotel zu finden ist schon ein Erlebnis für sich, da von außen kaum erkennbar. Angenehmes Flair und gute Lage. Zimmer etwas beengt mit sehr knappen "Schreibtisch". Leider weder Wasser noch Tee oder Kaffee auf dem Zimmer. Auswahl beim Frühstücksangebot deutlich hinter den Erwartungen. Rührein bereits um 8:30 Uhr war aus. Zu allem Überfluss löst die Küche einen Feueralarm um 6:45 Uhr aus. Da war der Start in den Tag bereits getrübt. Mehr als eine witzige Entschuldigung viel dem Personal leider auch nicht ein.
