Great stay at Hotel Riwo

Great hotel for our teen and 6year old. Entertainment was good and beds in the sky suites were so comfy. Maybe a few more activities for the teens during g the day would have been good, so they could meet other teens. Lovely time with family.

Great but lots of activities (noise!) in pool area

Great stay with lots of activities for kids. The staff for kids entertainment were really sweet and fun. Only negative was that there was constant activities in the pool area ie lots of loud speaking in microphones, there was barely 10 minutes of just music. I have kids myseld so am pretty used to noise but even I had to go to my room from time to time just to rest my ears from the microphones. It was kids competitions (all on loudspeakers), then bingo then water workout class etc back to back.

Great for families

Lovely hotel, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Apartments spacious, comfortable and clean. Huge beds! We had breakfast and dinner only. Large choice of cooked food, salads, breads, cakes and fruit. Lots of meat! Only disappointment was there was no protein for vegetarians, lots of veg, pasta, salad etc. I spoke with the chef and he said no one has ever mentioned it before and they will try and make something. The next day there was lentils and quinoa. Hopefully in the future they will always provide a vegetarian /vegan option. There was soya milk at breakfast. There is yoga by the pool every morning and other games. Free food to snack on by the bar. Mini disco was fun but quite late at 9.15pm, our 4 year old enjoyed it but he was exhausted by then. Overall we had a great time, not far from the beach about 10 minutes from main entrance after you get the free shuttle bus. Good choice for families. It is the smallest hotel in the resort but we preferred it. (capacity of 600 rather than 1400). and during low season Benalmádena is quieter than other regions of Costa del Sol.

Buena atención en recepción y restaurante. Dos cositas que podrían mejorar: primero la cama se bamboleaba, se movía y sonaba al moverme; luego en la cena del sábado 26 de abril me comí unas rodajas de pulpo del buffet que estaban crudas, le avisé a la encargada y avisó a cocina y retiraron la bandeja, pero me causó malestar estomacal todo el domingo pero luego se pasó.

Grand établissement, propice aux familles, bien situé si vous disposez d'une voiture. Nous sommes restés 4 nuits dans une suite spacieuse, avec de grandes terrasses qui donnaient sur la mer. Holiday World Never Fails

Holiday World never fails to impress. Staff are brilliant, services are great and pools to die for. It's a very busy complex and a common problem is car parking which doesn't affect everyone of course, but being in driving distance we always struggle. Riwo is a great hotel but Polynesia would have slight advantage due to bigger variety of food on offer.

Hotel con unas instalaciones fabulosas, además pudimos usar incluido en el precio el "Beach Club", que es un parque acuático con multitud de zonas diferentes y piscinas. Las actividades para niños y adultos son fantásticas, desde las 12 hasta las 23 tienen diferentes y constantemente. Hicimos desayuno, comida y cena en el hotel y la comida está fenomenal, me sorprendió muy gratamente para ser un buffet de hotel. Y lo mejor, el personal, todos ellos encantadores y atentísimos, nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Todos eran maravillosos pero Conchi y Sandro se merecen una mención especial.

I love the big atrium in the middle of the hotel. It reminds me of the embassy suites in the US. The room is an apartment. With a separate kitchen, separate bedroom, separate living room and bathroom. One of the nicest hotels I stayed at. The only thing I did not like was the air conditioning is central to the entire hotel and it was not turned on because it's winter time. The evenings were cool, that was not a problem but the afternoons got warm. but I was staying there during the Corona virus scare and it may be the hotel is planning to shut down. There weren't very many guests.

Maravillosas vacaciones

Maravillosas vacaciones, tanto el complejo en general como el hotel en particular es fantástico, de hecho yo repetiré en cuanto pueda. El trato es inmejorable, los servicios son estupendos, lo único que yo cambiaría serían las camas, que son horribles para descansar y el horario de la piscina exterior, que cierra para mi gusto muy pronto para el calor y el sol que hace allí.
