When I checked in guy appeared to be under influence of something. Got to room walked in smelled wet and moldy. Bathroom door had been punched and hole, carpet had major stains, bathroom tile was broken several places towels and wash clothes were dingy and did not smell clean. Was tired and was on tight 2 day schedule or would have asked for refund. At checkout at asked why the water and juice machine was turned off they said was broken. One worker that was good. Told me girl that worked front desk lived in woods and under bridge. I requested owned card. Needs surprise inspection and ask to see room 313. You will probably refund my stay. Respectfully

we got to the property at 2:20 am for a 2 night stay and when we got to the room there was hair all in the shower and on the bathroom counter. Then there was hair in the beds luckily we had our own blankets to put down. The ac wasn’t on so it was super hot and stuffy in the room the rest of the night. we checked out early saturday am and now the Baymont will not answer Expedia’s phone call to get our money back for 1 night. Although I booked through Expedia they should return my nights stay and go after Baymont for their money back. You should definitely drop Baymont from your hotels listing

Stayed here because of the proximity to where I needed to be for business. I generally don't complain but the place definitely needs updating. Check in and out the staff were nice enough, but the air conditioning seemed to be out on the 3rd floor corridor and the in room unit had to run at max and it didn't get that cool. Rooms are in need of updating as well, towel holders in the bathroom are loose from the wall etc. The included breakfast for me was a no go. I came down at 7am and noticed there was nothing available but a couple of bagels, and some microwaveable sausage biscuits. there was some cereal but no milk, I decided to just get a glass of orange juice, but it appeared to be watered down, so much so I didn't drink it, so I skipped everything all together. On the plus side for me was the water pressure was nice.
