A localização é excelente. As acomodações ótimas O café da manha num salão de festas de um palacio maravilhoso. Mas a chegada é tenebrosa ,o local de entrada é sujo , escuro , com uma indicação pequena do local , o numero apagado. Chegamos a noite e devido a má sinalizacao demoramos para encontrar ... fiquei desesperada. Mas depois que entramos a surpresa compensou.

We requested an early check in and were pleased to get one. The young lady at the desk was very pleasant and gave us a lot of information. The room was comfortable with everything you need. We had a half balcony on the side of the building. The breakfast was great and was in a large ballroom. The one thing I will mention is that the entrance to the hotel is through a very large graffiti covered door. Once inside it’s not obvious where the hotel is as it is the back of a restaurant and a couple other businesses. There is a small elevator and we asked a gentleman which floor the rooms were on. He says three…it wasn’t, we tried two…not there, finally one. My only complaint is to have more signage to make it clearer coming in the hotel. I would recommend.

Hotel muito bom

O acesso as instalações do hotel inicialmente é estranho, ele funciona numa parte do primeiro e segundo andar de uma mansão secular, não tendo letreiro do hotel. Mas ao acessar seu saguão numa porta após o elevador tudo muda, as instalações sao coloridas e bem cuidadas, o café da manhã é muito bom servido no antigo salão de baile lindíssimo da mansão do príncipe. O quarto que ficamos era enorme com pe direito altíssimo, com decoração clássica e muito confortável. O atendimento da recepção foi cordial, e a localização é excelente, da pra fazer tudo a pé! Gostamos do hotel e ficaríamos novamente numa próxima visita a Napoles

Good hotel in old building, friendly staff and breakfast was included. It's on a second floor but there is an elevator available. Only downside is that cab can't reach entrance because front of hotel in on a pedestrian street, but you don't need to walk much.

Our experience at this hotel was very pleasant. The location is excellent — close to shops, markets, and all the main cultural sights. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the room itself was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety to choose from. The hotel could use a bit of an update, especially in the outside lobby areas, where some extra cleaning and maintenance would improve the overall impression. However, the room and bathrooms were spotless, and we had a great stay overall. I especially loved how convenient it was to everything, and I would definitely return.

Really enjoyed our stay - room was clean, comfortable bed, friendly staff and good breakfast. Excellent location for the Spanish Quarter and very close to the Toledo Metro, so easy transit to Garabaldi/Centrale train station for trips to Pompeii and Herculaneum. Just note that signage for the hotel is poor, the reception is at first floor level after entering the building through so large metal gates on Via Toledo. But I would gladly stay there again

Once you step through the little green door, all the noise and anxiety is gone. The room was so spacious for our family of four. The breakfast was amazing and the dining area looks like a palace. Perfect location, walking distance to the port or to all the shops and restaurants in the Spanish Quarter. Highly recommend!
