From the start the lady at the counter was a little rude. Didn’t say much. The lobby is closed. You have to use the night window at all times. The first key didn’t work. Then when we got into the room we saw a spider. Ok. Not a huge deal. The room smelled. We checked for bed bugs. They were not there. Thank goodness. But then came all of the German cockroaches. From the sink, behind the mirror and under the refrigerator. There is mold all over. Don’t bother to ask for a refund. They won’t give it to you. The area surrounding the hotel isn’t the best either. So don’t stay here unless you want to take home cockroaches.

So. This is a quick stop kindda place. The sheets were stained and the bathroom door was broken. Dingy for a family and but it served the purpose of rest.

I asked for more pillows, and they said, they did not have more. the TV had a line in the middle of the screen, so i had to watch with a line. bathroom really small, and a drun guy came an crashed in the middle of the night, and started to scream.

Es un hotel normal. La habitación con comodidades sin lujos. Nos recibió la señora muy formal. Le expliqué que no hablaba inglés y fue muy cortes conmigo. Se hizo entender y me entrego las llaves. Gracias

Customer service was RUDE!! He had an attitude when we asked him questions about the room! The room was poor for being cleaned and also I did not like how they watched just our room! The man swore we was lying about not having a tv remote so he came down there to the room and moved everything in the room before he would bring us a tv remote!!

The night time clerk was rude and hateful and was a total jerk!! Even questioned my service dog after being shown his credentials!! Even broke the ada laws. Then refused to check us in !!!

So, the room seemed clean. Did my usual pre stay check for bed bugs and found none. However, there were roaches. Pretty large ones.
