The staff is rude and unhelpful. Every time we asked a question we were treated like we were a bother. We booked through Hotels and paid in advance for Jan.21st - 25th, but were told by the staff that we could checkout early due to a winter storm and be fully refunded for the remaining two nights. As of today, January 27th we have no refund pending.

We have stayed many times at this location. We will probably stay here again as well. However, this is the first time we encountered this problem: no hot showers. There was only lukewarm water at best, while at it's worst, it was cold. They said they were having "furnace issues". It couldn't be explained away as "It was cold outside" nor "It was busier than normal", as we have stayed here many times when both much colder and much busier. Otherwise, a normal, typical stay...nice enough employees, nice enough room amenities.
