Wunderschönes neues Hotel gleich gegenüber vom Schloss Esterházy. Großartige Zimmer, sehr gut und funktionell eingerichtet mit Minibar und Gratis Kaffee. Tolles Spa im Haus, Tiefgarage gegen Aufpreis EUR 25.- pro Nacht. Aufladen des E-Autos kostet EUR 30.- extra. Fantastisches Frühstück sowie Abendessen (gehobenes Preisniveau, Hauptspeisen um die EUR 30.- pro Person.

Zimmer und allgemein die Unterkunft sehr schön und sauber. Es hat uns gut gefallen. Beim einchecken etwas irritierend, da wir schon alles gezahlt haben und wir aufgefordert wurden trotzdem eine Kreditkarte zu hinterlegen wo dann erneut der Betrag der gesamten Buchung nochmal festgelegt wurde. Schlussendlich hat es dann geklappt aber war unklar wieso erneut so ein hoher Betrag geblockt werden muss trotz bereits erfolgter Zahlung. Leider lange Wartezeiten beim Frühstücksbuffet und auch am Abend (Platzierung durch Personal, die Mitarbeiter sind jedoch mehrfach ohne zu fragen an einem vorbei gelaufen und das jeden Tag aufs neue… danach am Buffet jedoch aufmerksam)

We enjoyed our one-night stay at this hotel. It is located directly across from the Esterhazy Palace, so it's convenient if you are visiting this beautiful spot. The full breakfast was delicious, with all the options one could wish for. It would be nice if the restaurant offered more vegetarian dishes on their dinner menu. The staff was friendly and professional, and the room was clean with good amenities.

Superior Doppelzimmer mit Blick auf das Schloss bedeutet im 1 Stock Blick auf die Straße... Obwohl das Hitel nicht ausgebucht war haben wir ein Zimmer im ersten Stock beziehen müssen. In der Lobby, und im Restaurant parfümiert derart starkt die Umgebung, dass man den Kaffeeduft nicht wahrnimmt....Im RoofTop Bar unfreundliche Bedienung und Technomusik in einer Lautstärke, dass man sich kaum unterhalten kannn..

Lächender Empfang in der Recetion. Aber ansonsten fehlte ein Lächeln - wie auch schon bei meinem letzten Aufenthalt. Aber ein sehr empehlenswertes Haus. Aber: Erschreckend war wieder mein Besuch der Roof-Top-Bar. Knallend laute Musik, die jede Konversation abwürgt und sehr „sachlicher“ Service. Für mich gewiss der letzte Besuch dort oben Davor muss man fast schon warnen.

The television could not be used, as the remote wasn’t working. Unfortunately, the hotel likes to have events in its rooftop bar with music playing so loud that it can be heard in the guests‘ rooms. I have raised the issue previously with reception, but the hotel hasn’t taken any action about it.

Overall fine but felt pretentious

This was a clean, modern hotel in the center of the town. Easy access from highway. It was quiet. There was a restaurant and smoking bar. The staff was helpful. There was an attached parking garage 23 Euros per night for much seemed a bit high considering parking in Graz and Vienna. Dining area was spacious and staff courteous. The dinner presentation was nice. Food was both overly salty and overly sweet. Breakfast was nice and what you would expect good variety.
