I was very surprised to walk in and the place was being renovated. They were still working at 6:30pm. We were on the third floor so it was peaceful in our room. I was very upset that there was no machines in the hotel. I am ok with the renovations but they could have left at least one ice machine in working order.

This hotel was under construction. They should not be open during this time. They were ripping up floors, painting and extensively remodeling. Construction started at 8am and was very loud. dust everywhere. Neither Hotels.com or the hotel itself every mentioned this when I booked the room. This is unexeptable. I expect better.
