Nice stay and great location!

Great location. Friendly staff. Food service and pool areas were small but quaint. Nice clean property. Our room was big and spacious, lots of storage but slightly on the dated side. Beds were comfortable and clean. Beach area was wonderful. Lounge chairs smashed together but was needed for the amount of guests staying there. Overall nice stay.

A relaxing getaway and great location!

This hotel is right on Playa Norte which was a beautiful beach with calm waters. Easy walk to the ferry terminal as well as a lot of wonderful restaurants. We came in late January and the vibe was very quiet. The one bedroom suite was spacious with a kitchenette and balcony. And the staff at this hotel was incredibly helpful and responsive to any need!

This was truly one of the best vacations our family has ever experienced, and we’ve been fortunate to visit some incredible places around the world. Everything about this trip exceeded our expectations! From the exceptional staff and the cozy, heavenly beds to the delicious drinks, fantastic food, perfect weather, pristine ocean, and the softest sand. Every detail was absolutely wonderful! This is the best location on the island!!! We felt completely safe throughout our trip. The vendors are quite clever, often approaching with lines like, “Remember me? I was your waiter last night. Where are you headed today? Let me help you.” A friendly “Nice to see you!” and continuing on your way works perfectly!

Fint hotell med bästa läge vid norra stränderna, samt precis vid den restaurangtätaste huvudgågatan på ön. Något dyrt om man jämför med de andra boendena vi hade under vår Mexikoresa, med tanke på att vi hade det enklaste rummet hos dom men det har väl med läget att göra vilket som sagt var topp!

Nous avons été très déçus! Rien à voir avec les chambres modernes montrées sur les photos. Les bâtiments sont délabrés et les blacons soutenus avec des filets. Nous avons du voir 3 chambres avant d’accepter la dernière qui était la plus « convenable ». Je ne recommande pas pour le prix et j’ai été très surprise par les avis positifs qui nous ont induits en erreur . Seul point positif la plage de l´ hôtel est belle avec du sable blanc

Absolutely beautiful view and friendly staff. The room was amazing. We had a two room suite which included a condo style apartment with an additional room attached for the kids. The restaurant was outside and was limited for choices. But worked well for beach food at the chairs. It was super loud and noisy Saturday night due to a neighboring club having a special function that went til 4:30a (we weren’t excited about that) Also, there is a public street that separates the two hotel buildings. This made it so the hotel didn’t feel as private especially when you would go to the beach. A lot of random tourists from the ferry or catamaran tours would crowd your seating area and literally park right in front of you. The beach was great to walk and the famous walking street was a block away. Easy access to other restaurants. I would come back easily.
