Easy hotel to find, parking is ample, restaurants nearby, everything was clean. If I absolutely had to give a complaint, it would be that when my mom asked for an extra pillow, the lady at the desk was a little reluctant, but eventually did give her one. Otherwise, our stay was very pleasant.

I have to say, although the furniture was aged some, my room was excellent. Everything was extra clean and neat. Even the curtains looked like they had just been bought and installed. The bathroom was spotless, bed linens looked like new ones they were so clean and crisp.. Only problem I had was the power wasn't enough to charge my phone...thought it was my charger, but got another one and it was the same. and it seems that the water pressure was cut down at night. Toilet wouldn't even flush a tissue, last, their drink machine and snack machine neither one worked at all. But they still get 4 star for cleanliness and being super friendly

The room smelled really bad and the bedding did not seem very clean. There were questionable men at the end of the hall by our room, smoking and drinking beer with the door propped open with a bucket. There was no breakfast. My key cards did not work. We were traveling from NJ to Tennessee and chose this hotel based on the great reviews and high rating. We would have moved on but were exhausted and it was only $15 to have our dog in the room with us.

Location is safe and affordable. We will be staying here again. Key card reader is worn out so you have to slide the card a few times to make it work. There was some grease in the tub that wasn’t cleaned up and the tub had some spots that needed touch up paint, but nothing that would prevent us from staying again. Mattress firmness was a medium. Sheets were clean. No bugs. Friendly staff. Short drive to Sevierville, TN.

The bed kept falling apart. The removable shower head was left on so when you turned the water on water sprayed all over the bathroom floor, not good for a HANDICAPPED room. Fridge was dirty. The back door that requires a key card was propped open all night (safety concerns). The vending machines only take cash (dollar bills to be specific), get up to date machines! Front desk clerk was argumentative about the fact that we’ve never been charged a pet fee there in the past. Floors have dips in them under the carpet, not sure what that’s all about. It’s just okay for a nights stay but I’m not sure I’d be happy there for a few days. Seems to have gone down in quality over the years that we’ve been staying there while visiting.

TV didn’t work. The carpet in the room was filthy. The people in the room next to me complained that the bathroom fan in my room was so loud it woke them up. The bed was very uncomfortable. Definitely not an 8/10. 4/10 Max. I will stick with branded companies that require standards to be maintained.
