Easy hotel to find, parking is ample, restaurants nearby, everything was clean. If I absolutely had to give a complaint, it would be that when my mom asked for an extra pillow, the lady at the desk was a little reluctant, but eventually did give her one. Otherwise, our stay was very pleasant.

The room smelled really bad and the bedding did not seem very clean. There were questionable men at the end of the hall by our room, smoking and drinking beer with the door propped open with a bucket. There was no breakfast. My key cards did not work. We were traveling from NJ to Tennessee and chose this hotel based on the great reviews and high rating. We would have moved on but were exhausted and it was only $15 to have our dog in the room with us.

Location is safe and affordable. We will be staying here again. Key card reader is worn out so you have to slide the card a few times to make it work. There was some grease in the tub that wasn’t cleaned up and the tub had some spots that needed touch up paint, but nothing that would prevent us from staying again. Mattress firmness was a medium. Sheets were clean. No bugs. Friendly staff. Short drive to Sevierville, TN.
