So just for the basics, there was no beach view. We did not have to use the air-conditioning based on exterior temperatures, but the climate control in the room seemed to work just fine. The inside of the room was pretty nice and comparatively priced to other rooms in other hotels. But that’s about the only comparison. The Showboat is completely a rundown place in need of many repairs. The elevators are pretty disgusting inside. The room had a slight smell of some type of smoke be at pot for cigarettes. The common areas of the hotel are poorly kept. The check-in people were very helpful, I do have to say. Many of the employees were very nice and helpful as well. However, the check-in process was a little bit of a mess. The parking garage is an absolute dump. Several elevators not working. Zero to little food options except for a snack bar. Multiple police incidents took place. If you’re looking for a clean, wholesome family place to stay, this is not it. If you’re looking to get a large room to put a bunch of people while you spend most of your time in other places, it might work for you.

The room wasn’t bad it was clean but generic basically three hotels room turned to a 2 bedroom “condo”. The reason why we picked to stay there was for the kid friendly atmosphere with having an indoor water park and arcade. I would stay again but what you pay as to what you get needs some attention. Our room had no view of the ocean. All in all we had a good time the room worked for us would definitely stay there again.

I'm not sure why no one is talking about this. The place you're saying at is not the showboat. Cozy suites is a management company that manages cozy suits which is a cheap airbnb. Thr pictures do not reflect what the room look like. Also cozy suites has no connection to the staff at the showboat. When you get there i find out i have to go through a background check before i can get into my room. I find this out at the front desk. I also find out the front desk can't help me cause they don't work for cozy suite they work for showboat. You have to call a phone number to get in contact with someone's. Once you do it took about 45 mins for them to run my background and my guests. Obviously I'm furious. Then i finally get into my room. There is no phone in the room and no room services. You guest it. The showboat staff doesn't serve you because you are a guests for cizy suites airbnb. So i have to go down 20 floor to get more towels and rags. People are outside smoking weed in front of the entrance. And its kids running everywhere. People walking around with bonnets on their heads. I was so angry i couldnt leave cause they would not give a refund. Lets just say i won't be returning to this establishment and now i have to call all the casinos just to make sure i never go through that ghetto mess again. Why there are no reviews about the check in process is insane.

They don’t show the fine print until after you book the room the walls were all chipped up residue of w.e on the walls.. I wanted to celebrate my daughter’s 5th birthday by taking her to the indoor water park was the only convenience for us! No ice machines can barely make noise felt like we were in a prison! it reminds me of an assistant living. Guess that’s what I get for trying to find a room last minute for the weekend

Beautiful place I will def return. A few minor quirks with the shower but still pleasant. They offered to sent maintenance immediately but we had 3 bathrooms so I told them they could come after we leave.

Wasn't aware there wasn't a tv in the bedroom the kids was bored, one of the bathroom sinks would fill up when the toilet flushed, don't like how dogs are in rooms with people without pets all pets should be in the same area to not disturb other guests especially at night, and there's no phone in the room to call for assistance....rooms are nice overall, hotel is nice Waterpark is nice

Under sheets that covered the mattress had stains on it. condition of the room walls were poor as it showed lack of maintenance because it was peeling. Sink was clogged the entire time of my stay even though i reported it to property management. Made it difficult for me to do self care. Received a parking violation for non-payment even though that was something the hotel should of taken care of as they promised. They eventually took care of it but to receive the violation in the first place sent me the wrong message as a patron of the establishment, considering my reservation was fully prepaid.

I am disappointed because my reservation was canceled at the last minute. I travel from CT to Atlantic City and when I got off the bus walking to the hotel i received a message from Cozy Suites stating that my reservation was canceled. I never had a problem before and i have stayed twice with them. This was so inconvenient trying to find somwwhere to stay at the last minute. That was very unprofessional.

We enjoyed the cleanliness of the condo and were pleasantly surprised with the size of the rooms. We were also pleased with the response time in resolving a problem we had. The receptionists at the desk for the Showboat were not very nice.
