Parking is quite convenient, lots of parking lot surround. The cleaning service needs to be improved. We could find many hairs near the wash basin, and bath-tub after the cleaning service. There are some snacks and drinks for free at the lobby, but usually out of coffee in the morning.

Amazing hotel experience from the moment you walk into the lobby, until you get your hotel room itself. This hotel offers many amenities at no additional charge, which really provide a ton of value. The lobby and rooms are very clean and the glamping theme really shines thru in all accessible areas. The deluxe room I stayed in was very comfortable. The room size was comparable to a junior suite in the US. The bathroom was amazing as well! I 10/10 would book Bali An again, if I decide to stay in the Shinjuku area again. Shinjuku is a very nice and walkable district with plenty of shopping, eating and night life to partake in. The entertainment options in the Kobikicho area specifically get a bit more seedy. It doesn’t feel dangerous per se. But the element is there, and you’ll have to pass thru it to get to the hotel. But all in all, Shinjuku is a great place to visit when in Tokyo.

Although this is called a business mix hotel, it’s really a love/couples hotel in the Shinjuku Kabukicho district (red light district). But to be honest it didn’t affect or bother me, it’s just a very busy areas and you will see many couples or people meeting at the hotel, which is common in these type of hotels. The hotel had great options, a free coffee, snack and drink bar in the lobby, helpful staff and my package had daily breakfast (make sure to order the night before). The breakfast was a bit inconsistent, but overall was appreciated. The hotel is very centrally located in Shinjuku, lots of nightlife, shopping, entertainments, Tran stations and food options all within walking distance. Though be aware, it’s the entertainment district, it can get load at night. Overall, I would return again if I was in this area, but it’s not exactly what I was looking for, but worked well. Rooms are a bit small, but large for Japanese size. Great bathroom amenities, and clean room with comfortable bed.

We were really happy with our stay! The hotel was super clean, cozy, and the staff was super helpful. The area is in the night life part of Shinjuku, however the hotel has its only little entrance patio, a side patio garden and even an observation deck on the roof. It was a super cool experience, we would definitely stay there again!

Ein schönes Hotel mit vielen Extras (zB Schokoladenbrunnen abends, Ameneties wie Badesalze, Haarklammer etc., freie Getränke) und sehr freundlichem und bemühtem Personal. Wir haben uns rundum wohl und gut versorgt gefühlt. Die Zimmergröße war insbesondere für Tokio groß, wir hatten glücklicherweise ein Zimmerupgrade. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Super cute room, very clean, great amenities, the bath in the room was so so nice after long days of walking around, and there’s all kinds of bath salts available. Spacious. Affordable. Great vibe overall! Would totally recommend. Also, great food nearby. Fun neighbourhood. Staff very kind and friendly, but I feel bad that they have to listen to the same song on repeat in the lobby all the time. The camping theme was adorable. 10/10

totally amazing hotel!!!! so much free food and drinks 24 hours a day in the lobby and so much accommodation! staff was so incredibly friendly and also at the desk 24 hrs a day. ONLY complaint was the frequent couples stopping in for you know.. and having to hear them. they should really monitor the noise of other guests while they do their private activities and absolutely kick them out if they are disturbing other guests. it was pretty gross to hear.

Just a unique and wonderful experience at Balian resort. Located in a perfect area in Shinjuku, it’s close to everything but just far enough to be quiet. The staff was exceptional. The amenities were amazing. Rooftop terrace, garden for dining, all types of food and personal items for free. It was truly great!
