Good location and Clean hostel

The hostel is near Paddington (Bakerloo/District line) and Lancaster Gate (Central line) station. 20-30 mins to fo Oxford Street. The room and toilet are very clean. Staff are willing to help.

Room. It seems like mattress is same edge queen Elizabeth. The springs creak and dig into your back. Also, there was no wifi included, room doesn't have its own heater and was so cold.

Terrible hotel - nothing works here no hot water, no heaters in the room, nasty bedsheets, no wifi. All bathroom fittings are broken. And no one in the property to address any issues. Never go to this place, its a scam.

Expect what you paid for and it'll be okay. We got room 7 and the twin bed's mattress was broken but still managed to sleep fine. I don't mind cold showers so barely warm water didn't bother me much, but it's worth nothing

There was no WIFI during my 3 nights stay. Water was cold on the 1st day, lukewarm on 2nd day, way too hot on 3rd day and no possibility to regulate, as the handle has been removed. Central heating not working, the small mobile heater was not strong enough to heat the whole room. Draught through window.

No heating in the shower. The heating was only turned on during our second night and stopped again. We had to have cold shower which is terrible for out toddler. Radiator is off as well we need to triple our blanket to keep warm. No staff to help us since front desk was empty the whole time. Not recommended for anyone who is looking for a place to stay. 👎😠
