Great 1-night stay!

We were only there for an overnight stay, but the room was very comfortable and the amenities were good. I just wish the spa was open later than 9 pm! Glad I got to enjoy it the next morning before we left, though; it was relaxing and rejuvenating after all the walk-in and hiking I’d done in the several days leading up to our stay. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating. Great value and would definitely stay here again!

The atmosphere and ambiance of the stay was simple, yet pleasant. I was disappointed in the pillows. The room also had no ventilation, despite the room being relatively cool it felt humid. The parking is horrible, not enough parking for the rooms available.

Very enjoyable stay

Clean comfortable rooms. We had an issue with "stompers" above us but the desk took care of it. Otherwise a very enjoyable stay. As a suggestion, I would move the breakfast area out of the lobby. People trying to load up and check out crossing with breakfast traffic. A couple of tables in the lobby perhaps, but not the main buffet area.

Last stay at Masterpiece

Why the hotel is so cheap and not provide with a decent internet. We stayed here many times but in the last 3 days was BAD. We only have 3 MBPS not enough for email let alone other things. If the management is not smart to upgrade...we can find better places. Internet is IMPORTANT everywhere.

The Masterpiece

We have stayed here at the Masterpiece 3 times now... 2 in the Penthouse and this time we stayed in the hot tub room. The rooms are fantastic, clean and very nice. The hot tub was Fantastic! Its not like your normal hot tubs, no water jets and no water intake... seemed like it blew air... it was awesome! The wife and I (and we are not small folks) fell asleep together in the hot tub... it was so nice. My only gripe is that the beds are too hard. Other than that... this place is fantastic.

Clean but will not return

Limited check in hours. No help desk after 9pm, they just respond with a text saying you’ve reached the front desk after hours. Not enough parking despite having to have a parking pass. No AC, just an information sheet saying open a window or turn on the fan. No Internet access unless you have a password from the front desk, which isn’t open after 9pm.
