We were fortunate to get upgraded to a lovely suite with a balcony view over a canal. The staff were all wonderful and couldn't have been more helpful in terms of recommending restaurants, giving advice etc The breakfast included cereals, eggs, cheese and cold cuts - couldn't ask for more. The hotel is ideally situated central to the major tourist attractions of Venice. Overall a lovely small hotel.

On multiple occasions during our stay, they went above and beyond to fill extra requests (water taxi, in-room wine, recommendations, kindness to our 7 yr old son, etc.).
