This motel was dirty and in a sketchy area. The room had new TVs, but the remote didn't work. The floor in the bathroom was disgustingly dirty. We did not stay the entire night, but opted to continue travelling after a brief nap, rather than a good night's sleep. I would never stay here again.

Horrible hotel service and beds

Horrible hard beds. All the same according to front help. Also house keeping or cleaners rudely came in on 2 occasions at 3pm when I yelled out sleeping (late shifts). I will never stay at this hotel again.

Good.

Everything was good, except the cleaning seevice was knocking the doors super earlier then the time you have to leave the room, they scared us when they knock the door two and half hours before we have to leave, we were sleeping when this guy start to knocking the doors saying clean service, who needs the cleaning service on Sunday at 9:30am when you have to leave by 11am, that was so annoying.

The second worst hotel room I've ever experienced. The person above us was apparently remodelling his room until 2 in the morning. Ive no other explanation for the noises coming from our ceiling. I had to reset the circuit breaker and the over current device for the AC unit. The toilet was brand new but kept cycling every few minutes. Turns out the installer left a rubber band on the flapper and it wouldnt seal (sticker on the toilet tank mentioned said rubber band and that it must be removed prior to use). The window cutains are useless, the room is well illuminated even with all the lights turned off. The bathtub was refinished at some point and the coating is peeling off. The bathroom faucet is not fastened to the countertop and it wanders around while you're trying to operate the handles. Oh, and, everything was dirty. When I booked at an Extended Stay America I truly expected a quality experience. Every other E.S.A. I've stayed at has been wonderful.

Very unsafe, tub was full of mold and the ac didn

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The first room had mold in the bottom of the tub. I have never requested to change rooms but did and was met with an argument that it wasn't mold and was fine. Finally he moved me to a different room and that room the AC didn't have knobs to change the temperature or the fan speed they had both been broken off. The last stray was being propositioned for money on 3 occasions by 3 different people when trying the get to my car in the parking lot. I had two nights booked and was up all night the first night with people loitering outside my door and knocking on my door on 2 occasions. By 5:30 am I was exhausted and ready to leave. I went to the office to notify of the issues and check out but no one ever came to the desk.
