The rooms were very clean and the staff was good and friendly. They do have two pools on site for guest usage. We had a king room with a water view, did not disappoint. Location is good and we highly recommend Lido73 for appetizers or dinner, within walking distance from the inn.

Check in was easy, the staff is friendly. Our room was clean-ish. The night stand was sticky but everything else was clean. We did not have any hot water for showers. The bed is full of springs and extremely uncomfortable. The pool is nice and we enjoyed the bonfire area and did some fishing from the dock area. Overall it was an okay stay.

The motel worked great for us. The Florida Keys can be an expensive place to find lodging. We stayed at Creekside Inn for 6 nights. Simple rooms, but clean. 2 pools. BBQ area. Property is waterfront on a canal. No beach, but fun to sit out and watch boats, manatees, tarpon, sharks, and other fish. Yes, we saw all those things! Fun stuff to do next to the motel. Mar Bar was a staple each night for a drink, Stone Crab Claws, and Oysters. A couple shops. A seafood shack. A couple boat/Kayak/Paddleboard rental places. Pretty good little spot. Staff was friendly. Winn Dixie Grocery a few blocks down the street. Again, this was a simple, inexpensive motel compared to other places. But, it worked well for us. Thanks!

Did not use any facilities. Property does need some repairs and maintenance. Front desk has limited opening hours. Room cleaned daily but room supplies not replenished. Good location though. Manatees and dolphin seem from walkway outside room. Close to main road on one side. Cannot leave curtains or door open if privacy is an issue as walkways on both sides and anyone passing on each side can see into the room.

Rooms are ok hot water was hard to come by even after maintenance came and looked at it. It was great for the price. The employees were nice plus it’s right on the canal we saw manatees and dolphins swimming in the canal. Canoeing is just a couple doors down and a great time.

Staff was courteous, LOVED the creek access. The bed was a little uncomfortable as the blankets didn’t quite fit appropriately so they were constantly bunching up. There also did not appear to be any actual TV viewing aside from 1 channel which wasn’t really an issue for us because we were never really in the room. Aside from that it was clean, location was great and within walking distance to food and entertainment, and staff was very pleasant!

Pictures of rooms are VERY misleading! There is no front desk person 24 hrs. We were not told not to use our deadbolt, so we were locked out for about 45 minutes. No individual canal space, just shared. Would have been nice to be told there was road construction going on RIGHT there.

The pictures in the rating were deceiving for this stay. The hotel has a rating of 8.4 but I would say more like 6.1. Under the bed was completely filthy, the shower was not clean and the blinds didn’t work. The TV remote was broken and falling apart, and there was construction along the seawall… That may have been unavoidable, but it was definitely not visually appealing.

Water-facing room is the only redeeming quality - and it's lovely. Front desk open very limited hours. The bed is uncomfortable, bedding cheap. Room smelled strongly of cleaning chemicals or air freshener. And, worst of all, on second night they gave another family keys to our room, and no one answered the emergency phone number.

Both rooms we booked had an overwhelming smell of air freshener or cleaning products. Beds were uncomfortable. The worst problem, though, was that on our second night, we found that another family had been given keys to our room and entered it. The front desk is not staffed after 5 pm, and no one answered the phone at the emergency number. There were at least three other families trying to check in and having difficulty with the after-hours lockbox, and with no response from the emergency number. Closing the front desk at 5 pm on a weekend evening is unacceptable.
