This place could be really good, they simply need to clean up the grounds by fixing the broken parts of the walkways and buildings… putting away junk just laying around… and spending a few bucks to update the rooms.

The rooms were very clean and the staff was good and friendly. They do have two pools on site for guest usage. We had a king room with a water view, did not disappoint. Location is good and we highly recommend Lido73 for appetizers or dinner, within walking distance from the inn.

Very clean little place with a nice staff. Had a water view room which was so cute, got to watch a dolphin swimming right past our balcony while having coffee in the morning, only suggestion I would make it to get better pillows. My husband and I didn’t get much sleep from how tiny and hard the pillows were. Great value though for just needing a place for a mini getaway as a Florida local.

Best deal I found and they provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup remover wipes, hand soap. Have 2 pools and nice dock area for parking your boat or just sitting. Also a fish cleaning station with water hose (hose had some leaks around the sprayer at the end but worked fine). Staff very friendly and did a great job keeping the room clean and fresh towels/ linens

A great location for exploring the upper keys. Two pools to chill out by and even had a swim in the creek. There's a small bar a couple of minutes away that did freshly cooked bar snacks and a good array of b eers. The place is a little 'tired' but served our purposes well. We had a room creek side and couldn't hear the road. Not much infrastructure nearby but you would have a car anyway. Next to the bar is a paddleboard and kayak hire place, didn't use it but would next time.

Rooms are ok hot water was hard to come by even after maintenance came and looked at it. It was great for the price. The employees were nice plus it’s right on the canal we saw manatees and dolphins swimming in the canal. Canoeing is just a couple doors down and a great time.

Had an issue checking in. My key was not where it should be, but after calling, someone did come out to the property and finally gave me a key to get into my room. Basic room, just a place to sleep. No amenities other than the pool and on the water side nice to sit and be on the water. Good for just needing a place to clean up and sleep. Would stay again, but will try to make sure i am able to check in on time to not have an issue.

Check in was easy, the staff is friendly. Our room was clean-ish. The night stand was sticky but everything else was clean. We did not have any hot water for showers. The bed is full of springs and extremely uncomfortable. The pool is nice and we enjoyed the bonfire area and did some fishing from the dock area. Overall it was an okay stay.
